"A very decent and clean hotel. Although its older structure, they have kept it well. The staff is friendly.i would only ask for the windows to be improved for noise and better blinds. Otherwise a really good location and safe area and heating was great."

"Convenient location near the metro stops, friendly service, good breakfast, including a savory selection. I'd say it was a comfortable stay. The room could use some updating, like a small piece of baseboard missing and a repaint in the bathroom, but it's decent and warm. They let me leave my luggage after checkout. "Very convenient location if you come by bus or train from neighboring cities on 1-2 day. Near bus and bus and d station. The number is standard, there is everything you need. Very kind and friendly staff! What is most pleasant - in the hotel you can leave your luggage if you leave the city in the evening! "The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much."

"The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. The breakfast was excellent, and the reasonable price was a big plus. It was during a heatwave and we were experiencing scorching hot days, but the air conditioning worked well, and we were able to relax when we returned to the hotel. If I have the opportunity to come to Turin again, I would definitely like to stay here again."

"A delightful little hotel in an incredible location, just a stone's throw from Porta Nuova station. The Art Nouveau details of the building add extra value. The breakfast spread is generous, with both sweet and savory options, including excellent lemon and ginger-infused filtered water, and the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are all nearby, as are the main attractions, which are easily reachable on foot. Overall, a very positive experience, also thanks to the highly helpful hotel staff."

"The location is behind the commercial street, which is very convenient for shopping. There are few restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you need to walk a little. The design of the hotel itself is quite good, with a sense of quality. The room is also very spacious, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the window. But the only drawback is the bathroom. The shower room cannot block the water, and it is easy to make the whole bathroom full of water, which is quite embarrassing."

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

A good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination. We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the old town, super close to the Royal Palace and all the main attractions. You just step out and walk a block back to reach the heart of the sights. There are plenty of dining options nearby, too. The hotel itself has great facilities, excellent hot water, and is very clean. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location. Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates. Personally, I won't be going back.

Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

I don’t want to stay this hotel again. I visited this hotel in April so it’s getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldn’t let in some fresh air. Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff. Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.
