"Very satisfied! The location is convenient, right in the city center, just three bus stops from Kanazawa Station. There's a hot spring on the top floor where you can relax every evening. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, with two options to choose from. You can either go to the nearby Omicho Market or have breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. Since I only stayed for two days, I chose one option each day. At the seafood market, you can pick between two restaurants: one serving seafood bowls and the other offering blackthroat seaperch kamameshi. I chose the latter, and it was absolutely delicious. On the second day, I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, where there was a wide variety of choices, and I could assemble my own beautiful breakfast set using different containers!"

"For a trip to Kanazawa, I highly recommend Hotel Forza! Its location is incredibly convenient – directly across from JR Kanazawa Station, truly a ”right-outside-the-door” experience. You don't even need an umbrella if it rains; just cross the street and you're there, saving a ton on transportation costs! Beyond the unbeatable location, the hotel itself is excellent: the lobby has a great design, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. The biggest bonus is their large, clean public bath. After exploring Kenrokuen Garden or the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, coming back for a soak instantly rejuvenates you! For a Kanazawa trip where you want to maximize your time, this place is absolutely the perfect base."

"The hotel service for our extended stay was fantastic, absolutely no complaints there. The only minor drawback was their housekeeping policy for consecutive nights. They only clean the room once every five or six days. On other days, they just replenish the toiletries. If you require more frequent cleaning, it seems to cost an additional 1500 Yen. You might want to check out picture three."

"The room was spacious, comparable to hotels of the same caliber in China. The service was attentive and warm! The hotel is very close to the station; if you don't want to walk above ground, you can enter the hotel directly from the underground. There are 24-hour shops around the hotel, making it very convenient for dining."

"The hotel is conveniently located near JR Kanazawa Station, with many dining options nearby. The room was a bit oddly shaped, being a corner room with slanted walls, which reduced its usable space, but we could still fit two 24-inch suitcases. The hotel provides amenities for guests to pick up in the lobby, including DHC cleansing oil, lotion, cream, and cotton swabs. The service was also quite good. There's also a public bath; the women's section has two pools, nine shower stalls, and four hair dryer stations."

"Room is big and comfortable, the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. A special shout out to front desk staff, Sasaki, who helped me liaise the return of my lost camera bag with JR Train lost and found, and proper handing over of instructions to colleagues on the receipt of my camera bag at the hotel. "My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night. At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again."

"The location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters' walk from the JR station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel lobby, situated on the second floor, is spacious and brightly lit. They provide a good selection of complimentary toiletries and skincare products. Rooms are a decent size, not cramped at all, and kept impeccably clean. However, due to its proximity to the railway tracks, there can be some noticeable noise, which might be an issue for light sleepers."

"🛏 The room had three single beds, which was very convenient and comfortable for a family trip. 📍The location is excellent, on the east side of Kanazawa Station. When visiting Kanazawa, it's best to stay on the east side of the station because the bus stops are there, making it easy to get around during the day. The tourist information center (where you can buy Kanazawa day-trip bus passes) and the Hokuriku Shinkansen entrance are also closer to the east side. 🎁 There are two large department stores on the east side of Kanazawa Station, which is handy for shopping while in Kanazawa. 🍚 Breakfast is a fixed Japanese or Western set menu, and the dishes are the same every day. If you want a Western breakfast, you need to take your hotel meal voucher to the front desk in advance to register (basically, the front desk just writes down the Chinese characters for 'Western food' to complete the registration). 📦 Microwaves and vending machines are located on the 8th and 2nd floors."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the seafood market, which makes it incredibly convenient for trying out fresh local seafood. Our triple room was the same size as a standard room, simply with an extra bed added, making it ideal for two adults and one child. The hotel also offers self-service coin-operated laundry and drying machines at a very affordable price."
