"The breakfast buffet was disappointing. I requested a time slot from 8:30 and entered the restaurant on time. However, some of the menu items that should have been there were not replenished, and when I asked the staff to replenish them, they refused, saying that the last order time had passed. Is there even a last order at a buffet in the first place? I was very disappointed and still can't accept it."

"The biggest surprise of this trip to Niigata was Sado Island, and the biggest surprise of Sado Island was this hotel. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel's view. The blues of the grassy shoreline were breathtaking. From pre-check-in to check-out, I felt the hotel's attentiveness and genuine care. Since my child doesn't eat raw food or seafood, I emailed the hotel staff before check-in and they said we could choose the ¥11,000 option for the child, replacing the seafood and cold dishes with meat, while we chose the ¥14,850 adult set menu. That evening, no one confirmed this, but at dinner, the child's set menu, including sashimi, puffer fish hot pot, and grilled fish, was replaced with tempura, pork hot pot, fried chicken, potato salad, and beef. The preparation was truly meticulous. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every evening at 8:00 and 8:30 to visit the Kitazawa Floating Mine Site's illuminated display. Upon return, there's a local Sado Island song and dance performance and saxophone music. You can also sign up for beachfront yoga at 7:00 AM. Fishing rods are available for rental. There's a wealth of activities. After checking out, we went to the beachfront lawn in front of the hotel to take photos. The driver was helping us take a family photo. The lady at the entrance, perhaps thinking a family member was missing from the photo, ran out onto the lawn and offered to take a photo with us. Their service was exceptional. Perhaps due to the color palette, the room interior and exterior look dated in the website photos. In reality, they were brand new, clean, and spacious and comfortable. The hotel's exquisite views and attentive service made the entire stay a perfect experience and left us with unforgettable memories."

"Due to the long weekend, all the major inns were fully booked, so we stayed at this inn, which happened to have a vacancy at a good time, without any prior knowledge. When we arrived, we found that it was a decentralized hotel, which is a hot topic these days, and we decided to rent a building a little away from the building where the reception was! This building is a valuable historical building in the Aikawa area, and although it is old, it has been beautifully renovated, and the fluffy Simmons beds were extremely comfortable. What is particularly noteworthy about this inn is that it is integrated with the local community, allowing you to enjoy the charm of Sado throughout the town. We were introduced to many of the charms of Sado that we would have missed if we had not stayed here, and we felt as if we were living there. We were also impressed by the president's meticulous attention to detail and the warmth of the people of Sado. The rice balls at breakfast were also delicious. They just opened in August, so operations should improve from now on! If you go to Sado, we recommend this inn."

"There is no restaurant around the hotel, so I thought it was very good to enjoy the wonderful sea of Japan and sunset. However, I felt that it was good to have a menu that can feel Sado Island a little more because there are no restaurants around."

"The location of the hotel is slightly off. If there is no transportation, it is a bit difficult to travel by bus. The hotel facilities can be seen for a long time, but the maintenance is good, there is its own private soup, breakfast and dinner are very beautiful, especially the dinner is enjoyed in the room, very special. On the edge of the hotel is a small shrine, walk past the observation deck, see the beautiful sunset, especially charming!"

"It is a family-style hot spring hotel for more than 160 years. It has been passed on by three generations of members of the family. It is a charming hot spring hotel with a view of Kamao Lake on Shinjuku Sado Island. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The Japanese-style room is spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights and left the hotel. The hotel manager personally sent it by car. We went to the ferry, this stay felt comfortable and comfortable, thank you again for the store!"

"The facility itself is retro in the Showa era, but the room is large and the view from the large window is the best, and it is nostalgic somewhere, and the toilet and washroom are easy to use and calm atmosphere. Hot spring ♨️ also has a retro bathtub and a brand new open-air bath ♨️ that was extended about two years ago, which was the most comfortable and the meal was delicious. Especially, I was really impressed by the happy service that the rice 🍚 was the best and I could have as many cups of okawari. As expected !! I had rice called the authentic rice of rice 🌾."
