"What an amazing find! Location is quiet with good rooms and lots to do there. The views from the restaurant are fantastic and the food is also excellent. The breakfast is nice and we had an early check out at 4am and they even left a breakfast for us to take without us asking which was a lovely touch! The shop is great with local gifts made on site and the coconut ice cream is so so so good (spicy ginger especially amazing)! The rooms are a great size and comfy with good AC. Hot water wasn’t great but after a day in the sun a colder shower was welcome. The only thing lacking here is a beach but there are drivers outside the farm to take you around or they can organise a trip/ scooter rental. In this price range, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Will definitely be back. Thank you"

"My stay at the Meeti Hotel far exceeded my expectations this time around – definitely a five-star review! First off, I have to commend the hotel's environment and facilities. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view, with a very tasteful overall design. The dining was also excellent; breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. But what moved me the most were the hotel's service details. During this trip, I unfortunately injured my back muscles, which made moving around a bit difficult. What really touched me was that for any transportation needs within the hotel, all I had to do was tell a staff member, and they would immediately arrange a buggy pick-up. Whether it was going to the restaurant for a meal, relaxing by the pool, or even just wanting to take a stroll around the grounds, the drivers were always there right away. They would also thoughtfully help open and close doors and adjust the speed to ensure a smooth ride, avoiding any bumps. This meticulous attention and care allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation despite my injury, and my spirits weren't dampened by any physical discomfort. Every single staff member was smiling, enthusiastic, and proactive, truly making me feel at home. Thank you to all the staff at Meeti Hotel for your care. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"our host was most delightful and this truely is a special place. This place is for the type of traveller that is wanting to emerse themselves in the visaya culture of the philipines. my plan was to spend just one night here and move on but between the peaceful serenity of this place and the amazing host Enid we ended up staying an extra three nights. we left early for an.island hopping tour and our host was up at 4.45 am to make us a lunchbox that we hadnt even requested. Bohol is still underdeveloped but that is the charm of an personality of this place. we rented a car and food outlets where in tagbilaran although there are some lovely local places that are on Panglao island just 5 minutes away. everyday spent at this resort was relaxing and charming. This area has suffered due to the pandemic and i woud encourage tourists to come back and especially to stay at sherwood resort . Thank you Enid and Ann for letting us have a resort of our own for a few days and the amazing hospitality"

"I'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol. 1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off. 2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable. 3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water. 4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious. 5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available. 6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun. Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage. This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes."

"I lived in a mixed gender dormitory this time, I don't know much about other room types. The mixed gender dormitory is still very good, and I feel very quiet. If my English is good, I can make many overseas friends. The hotel feels very quiet and welcoming. Although the pool is small, I still use it for a long time and hope that I can pass SSI Level 1! I slowly started to like to travel, and slowly got used to travel alone. The hotel's Guest Book is especially heart-warming. Many tourists and friends have their best memories in Natura Vista. I hope the hotel will be better and welcome more and more overseas friends!"

"The location is a bit remote, so be careful when you come out at night, but the store finds her relatives to drive back to pick us up. It is quite convenient. You can rent the store’s motorbike around the island, which is very fun. The hotel is close to the sea. In the morning, you can catch a lot of marine life. Breakfast is included. Although it is not delicious, the breakfast in the Philippines is not very good. It’s primitive and beautiful inside. We don’t want to go out anymore. Personally, I think it’s more beautiful than Alona’s beach. There are too many people there, so it’s not quiet here. However, the network is not good here, and the signal has to be better by the pool. There is also a small shop where you can buy snacks and drinks, and you can also have dinner here."

"We had the most amazing stay here at the Secret Garden Resort. We stayed in a lodge with private pool which was perfect. Nothing is overly fancy but everything is perfectly functional. Restaurant on site sells pasta and usual Philippino food. Breakfast is from a set menu, not a buffet. Perfectly fine. Staff were friendly, helpful and just a whatsapp message away if you needed anything. Not too far from Alona Beach, the airport or Tagbilaran Port so it was the perfect location for us. We were honestly sad to leave after 7 nights here and already want to come back!"
