The location is excellent—convenient, safe, and surrounded by great food and shopping options. The staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. A perfect spot for a quick, comfortable stay in KL. Highly recommended!"

"U Hotels Makati has an excellent location, very close to the center of Makati, making it easy to get around with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it was very comfortable and offered great value for money. The staff were warm and friendly, providing attentive service, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for business trips and short stays. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Their breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious – I'll really miss it!"

"Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room. As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first. When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest. The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out. Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking. When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases. Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains. On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind."

"The cleanliness and services are satisfactory. However, the overhead shower has defects and needs replacement. I can also hear other clients' voice and noise from the other room. It seems that there's an open wall at the back of the cabinet. In fairness, I enjoyed the dining experience, the perfect location and accessibility, and the affordable cost."

"Stayed overnight for early flight. The room is clean but the aircon is not that cold. Also they dont have a parking space"

"I  look forward to staying at Red planet Amorsolo. Apart from its proximity to all my business concerns . It is close to all. My friend’s favorite fine dining restaurant in greenbelt. It’s the safest hotels around makati area  I feel safe with their super heavy metal fire proof  doors individual card keys and super friendly helpful courteous staff… always with a smile 😊"

"very nice hotel, its location is very good in the heart if Makati… not by my fault (and, of course, not by fault of the hotel) I arrived one day later because the flight was on late and I missed my connecting flight..they, as a matter of course, offered me to shift my booking to 4-6 November (it was 3-5 November) but I couldn’t accept because I had another booking in Angeles (5-7 November)…they agreed to give me the missing night on 20-21 November when I’ll come back shortly to Manila (subjected to an integration fee) and I appreciated it very much.. very kind the doorman too, I thank him ! I really enjoyed my (unluckily short) stay !"

"Food: The breakfast was very limited. The food was alright, but the selection was not enough, especially for a hotel in this location. Facilities & Condition: The hotel feels old and tired. You can clearly see this in the wall lining and overall room condition. It would benefit from renovation or better maintenance. Staffing: There seemed to be limited staff on duty. We even overheard some employees complaining and they looked noticeably tired, which affected the overall atmosphere. While some staff were polite, the low manpower was evident. Amenities: We really like that It has overlooking deck. It’s a good spot to relax and enjoy the city view, especially at night when the skyline lights up."

"Very comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff. One minor complaint I would have is that there is only a fixed shower head, which I’m not fond of. The hotel is located very close to the Filling Station which is probably the tackiest and coolest restaurant in Asia, however it’s also the area that has a bunch of gogo bars, midget boxers and so on, so if you’re travelling with your partner or family and don’t want to get harassed by people trying to sell you all sorts of questionable things, you might want to consider a different area."
