"The location is convenient and accessible. The bunk beds are roomy and comfortable. My roommates were respectful of other’s space. The only issue is the small and cramped lobby. And there are no public areas aside from the lobby nor a comfortable space for remote workers."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at GemstoneBR – SMDC Air Residences I really enjoyed my stay at GemstoneBR in SMDC Air Residences. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, especially if you’re staying for more than just a night or two. One thing I really appreciated was how much was provided inside the unit. There’s a proper kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, rice cooker, plates, utensils and other cooking essentials, so you can actually prepare your own meals. There’s also a washing machine, which was extremely convenient during my stay. The apartment itself was cosy and nicely decorated. I loved the little living area with the sofa and Smart TV, and having Netflix and YouTube available made it easy to relax when I didn’t feel like going out. The bedroom was comfortable, and I also appreciated the slippers, toiletries and other small essentials that were provided. Those little touches made the apartment feel more welcoming. The bathroom has a hot shower and they even provide a hairdryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is basically already there. The location was another big plus for me. SMDC Air Residences is in Makati, so it was convenient for getting around, and having shops and other essentials nearby made things much easier. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and I think GemstoneBR is a great option if you want something that feels more like a little home than just a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it, especially for solo travellers or anyone planning a longer stay in Manila. ❤️"

"I had a great stay at The Charter House in Makati. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its unbeatable location—it’s directly across Greenbelt 5 and just a short walk to Glorietta, Ayala Center, and the Ayala Museum, making it perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. It’s an excellent choice for travelers looking for affordable accommodation in the heart of Makati without sacrificing convenience. If you want a hotel that’s close to major landmarks, restaurants, and shopping malls, I highly recommend The Charter House. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makati!"

"booked 2 nights and 3 days. This was our 4th time booking in gemstoneBR. The room that we booked was nice and comfy. Other room features doesn’t work but still a great stay. I hope they could really fix their internet connection real soon."

"I''ve stayed at Propriedad Residences several times now, and I keep extending my stay whenever I'm working remotely because I always have a great experience here. What really stands out is the staff. They're genuinely friendly, approachable, and very attentive. They remembered that I needed a quiet room for work and made sure I had one, which I really appreciated. It's those thoughtful little things that make a big difference. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it's a great place if you need to work from home without distractions. The excellent service is the main reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended!"
