"1. The location is absolutely fantastic! As soon as you step out, you're at the subway, and taxis are also easy to find. 2. The restaurant downstairs has a great ambiance and delicious food. They even have a single-person lunch set, which is perfect for solo travelers. 3. Overall, the room is quite comfortable, clean, and simple. This hotel can be a bit hard to find because its translation (of the name, presumably) is a bit odd, but just follow Apple Maps and you'll get there. Overall: The price was great when I booked it, offering excellent value for money!"

"An incredibly satisfying 7-day stay! We followed online recommendations and chose Tower B, specifically room 5202, which offered a fantastic view. While the room facilities were a bit older, this was easily overshadowed by the hotel's impeccable service. From the moment we arrived until we checked out on the last day, their service was top-notch – absolutely flawless. As soon as we pulled up to the hotel entrance, numerous staff members were there to open doors, handle our luggage, and escort us to our room. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, truly offering tastes from all over the world. We stayed for 7 days and never got tired of it. And the pool, of course, was amazing! Right across from the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, it's perfect for photos. Even more convenient, there's a shuttle to Dubai Mall every hour, stopping right at the hotel entrance. You can just go upstairs to the Chinese food court, which is super convenient for dining and taking the kids out. Outside the hotel is Business Bay, which is excellent for an after-dinner stroll. The environment is really pleasant. We tried two of the hotel's internal restaurants this time, the Thai and the Italian. Both were quite good, no duds there. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"Third time in this hotel and probably this will be the last... a disaster. First for all ALL members please consider if u book with Third part here they will not only not give u reward points as normal, but they will neither consider your status... or maybe like in my case even worse... and price is so different on accor system that probably they consider your status a burden and charge an higher price to handle you. Than to the stay problems... My room was not ready till after 4, I had a meeting schedule for 3 and hoped to be able to drop the luggage before... but impossible and I had to change myself in the spa. Please note I sent a mail 1 week before requesting a 1h early check in and even my all accor status (platinum) In the room there was and issue with the tv. I call and they fix it. Second day if my stay when I back at 4 my room was not set up, I had to call 3 times to get it done, but again not something should be done The room is spacious even if old and tired. Hotwater at 7.30am require some minute to arrive. Consider if you are placed on a low floor you will feel the huge noisy bars and club behind you, that will keep you awake till about 1am Breakfast is ok, with an extensive range if food and good quality. Staff is super kind and helpful, but they cannot do nothing, basically to every complain i did they simply answer with an apoligy and nothing change... so clearly a problem in the management procedure. My conclusion is: even if u get a great deal on trip.com, and definitely is still better book here than the hotel booking system as around 30% cheaper, there are so many better option in the same price and standard range."

"Place : Good for taking subway. And there are two supermarket. Closer market is better. But please do not try the Kimchi what they sell. Clean : It is good enough. Just overall interior is bit old. It is not cleaning matter. Service : I am not sure but I guess since it is a residence hotel, they just offer the 1 bottle of water per day. And the front desk male staff service was not that friendly. I feel uncomfortable the way they talk to me. Maybe ******. Not sure. Other room service was very good. Facilities : The gym and pool at the top were better than I expected."

"Overall, the experience was good. The breakfasts were good (if you didn't stay longer than a week). The pool was small but clean, and the pool staff was friendly. The rooms were well-maintained. However, the hotel's location was not very convenient, as it was far from the metro station and there was no walking distance to anywhere. The construction noise from the nearby construction sites was constant, which is a common issue in many areas of Dubai in 2025. The tower and the mall were visible, but they were quite a distance away. Our flight was delayed, and the staff allowed us to stay in our room for two hours, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't like the fact that when they asked for a knife and fork in the room, they rented a set for 30 dirhams. It was the first time I've seen something like this, and it was very strange."

"I had a great time here. I booked deluxe room because there was no choice when i booked. And it was big2 bedroom livingroom bathroom kitchen 2bathrooms also they have laundry machine. It is same like apartment. Breakfast was also so good and you can eat with nice view. Also it is almost 3-5min from metro station. They have free shuttle to emirates mall and some places. If you have plan to go Aquaventure or that jumeraih area you can use free shuttle to emirates mall and take a taxi to your destination. Receptions at front desk and breakfast restaurant are all so kind. You can walk to dubai mall like 20or 25minutes. We have walked that distance 3 4times. If you dont want to walk just take a metro to dubai mall station(we didnt know that😅)"

"Good location for travel with nice shuttle bus service to the beach and MOE. Facilities and services are better than expected. Quite surprised seeing the Burj Al Arab from the swimming pool at the top. The requested room type was served with nice stay for 6nights, felt it was value for money."

"We stayed at this hotel for a day, the departure was for the next day. I want to express my great gratitude to the staff of this hotel! We were met in time from the boat by minibus, met right at the boat and helped to deliver things. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. and despite the fact that check-in takes place from 14:00, we were checked in immediately upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, fresh and new! The room category was upgraded for free, everything was told and explained in detail. As a thank you, I left a tip twice to the employee who showed the room and brought our things, I thought it would be 2 different people, but in the end it turned out to be the same) Out of my inattention, I accidentally gave a $100 note, the disappearance of which I found a few hours later at an exchange office in the city of Male. Returning to the hotel, I explained the situation and the bill was returned to me, special thanks for honesty and decency! We were also helped to dry 2 towels for free. The next day in the morning we had a wonderful delicious breakfast, we specially made an early breakfast for us, knowing that we were leaving. After breakfast, we were also taken to the airport and helped with things! I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel and once again thank you very much and respect for the staff! Honest, friendly, attentive! I recommend this hotel! 10 out of 10"
