"It's a good apartment hotel, but they call the room a lot from the reception, which is annoying. Especially on the last day when they want to pick up the room, they call from 9 am to 12 noon, which is very annoying."

"I'll certainly visit the place again. Service was good. I made a mistake and double booked from the hotel's own web site and also from trip.com. However the receptionist initially wanted me to do the cancellation from the website when they could have done it for me at the counter. That was a bit frustrating. But it was eventually done for me. Thanks to the receptionist for the change of mind and assistance. Generally will rate it 8.5 out of 10."

"We booked two rooms for a brief stopover before catcha connecting flight. It is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The rooms were both well stocked with various toiletries and some tea/coffee/water (though I would have liked some milk in the room for teas; i am aware this is not standard and personal preference so shan't linger on that). The beds were fabulously firm and black out curtains were very good too. The breakfast was standard offerings for the location but it was a busy breakfast service so the staff should be applauded for managing to clear tables and keep everything in stock. 😊 Will add....the hotel location was perfect for what we needed and all the staff we came across were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended hotel!"

"Hotel location is the perfect for Subway travelers as it’s less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel staff are very cooperative and they provide their best service. Cleaning is everyday happens. Breakfast is average but you could find a way to enjoy it. Night clubs might cause a problem at levels up to 3. They provide luggage service and it is done professionally. My stay was perfect despite very little issues"

"I’ve booked this previously and had a wonderful experience however this time, the booking process failed completely - it was overbooked (102%) capacity - wasn’t sure if this was possible?! I had booked 2x rooms (a twin and king bed) but when checking in found that the rooms contained 1x bed and despite the request to keep the rooms together - they were on opposite ends of the hotel. The staff were brilliant and eventually provided a twin bed room however this was bittersweet. Location is fantastic - 20mins to main tourist attractions Quite suburb with all the local amenities within ＜5mins walking distance"

The Highlights (The Positive): I must start with a massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Alisa, the Duty Manager, for the incredible room upgrade to a suite! It was a wonderful surprise and truly elevated our celebration. Thank you, Alisa! ♥️ The birthday room setup was beautiful and very touching—it made my mother feel incredibly special. Furthermore, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the overall stay was extremely pleasant. The dining experience was excellent . Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly, highly recommend the room service—it was absolutely delicious, and you won't regret ordering it! A special mention goes to Hanan, the Duty Manager, for her remarkable care and kindness. When I felt unwell, she immediately sent ginger tea to the room, and even offered it again on the day we checked out. This level of attention and genuine care is truly exceptional and not to be taken for granted. Thank you, Hanan! ♥️ The only negative point was an unpleasant incident following our last dinner. We were approached regarding payment for dinner before the staff checked their records to confirm it was paid. While a Duty Manager did apologize, the interaction was embarrassing and left us feeling uneasy and humiliated. In the future, it would be much better for the staff to confirm payment status internally before approaching a guest about that. We were told we needed to pay for the meal again, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. This lack of verification before approaching us was highly uncomfortable and left us feeling humiliated. Although We received an apology, but the initial interaction was very poorly handled.why couldn't the payment status be verified by the hotel staff before approaching the guest?"
