"An incredibly satisfying 7-day stay! We followed online recommendations and chose Tower B, specifically room 5202, which offered a fantastic view. While the room facilities were a bit older, this was easily overshadowed by the hotel's impeccable service. From the moment we arrived until we checked out on the last day, their service was top-notch – absolutely flawless. As soon as we pulled up to the hotel entrance, numerous staff members were there to open doors, handle our luggage, and escort us to our room. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, truly offering tastes from all over the world. We stayed for 7 days and never got tired of it. And the pool, of course, was amazing! Right across from the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, it's perfect for photos. Even more convenient, there's a shuttle to Dubai Mall every hour, stopping right at the hotel entrance. You can just go upstairs to the Chinese food court, which is super convenient for dining and taking the kids out. Outside the hotel is Business Bay, which is excellent for an after-dinner stroll. The environment is really pleasant. We tried two of the hotel's internal restaurants this time, the Thai and the Italian. Both were quite good, no duds there. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"Place : Good for taking subway. And there are two supermarket. Closer market is better. But please do not try the Kimchi what they sell. Clean : It is good enough. Just overall interior is bit old. It is not cleaning matter. Service : I am not sure but I guess since it is a residence hotel, they just offer the 1 bottle of water per day. And the front desk male staff service was not that friendly. I feel uncomfortable the way they talk to me. Maybe ******. Not sure. Other room service was very good. Facilities : The gym and pool at the top were better than I expected."

"Overall, the experience was good. The breakfasts were good (if you didn't stay longer than a week). The pool was small but clean, and the pool staff was friendly. The rooms were well-maintained. However, the hotel's location was not very convenient, as it was far from the metro station and there was no walking distance to anywhere. The construction noise from the nearby construction sites was constant, which is a common issue in many areas of Dubai in 2025. The tower and the mall were visible, but they were quite a distance away. Our flight was delayed, and the staff allowed us to stay in our room for two hours, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't like the fact that when they asked for a knife and fork in the room, they rented a set for 30 dirhams. It was the first time I've seen something like this, and it was very strange."

The Highlights (The Positive): I must start with a massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Alisa, the Duty Manager, for the incredible room upgrade to a suite! It was a wonderful surprise and truly elevated our celebration. Thank you, Alisa! ♥️ The birthday room setup was beautiful and very touching—it made my mother feel incredibly special. Furthermore, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the overall stay was extremely pleasant. The dining experience was excellent . Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly, highly recommend the room service—it was absolutely delicious, and you won't regret ordering it! A special mention goes to Hanan, the Duty Manager, for her remarkable care and kindness. When I felt unwell, she immediately sent ginger tea to the room, and even offered it again on the day we checked out. This level of attention and genuine care is truly exceptional and not to be taken for granted. Thank you, Hanan! ♥️ The only negative point was an unpleasant incident following our last dinner. We were approached regarding payment for dinner before the staff checked their records to confirm it was paid. While a Duty Manager did apologize, the interaction was embarrassing and left us feeling uneasy and humiliated. In the future, it would be much better for the staff to confirm payment status internally before approaching a guest about that. We were told we needed to pay for the meal again, despite the fact that we had already paid the bill. This lack of verification before approaching us was highly uncomfortable and left us feeling humiliated. Although We received an apology, but the initial interaction was very poorly handled.why couldn't the payment status be verified by the hotel staff before approaching the guest?"

"We stayed at this hotel for a day, the departure was for the next day. I want to express my great gratitude to the staff of this hotel! We were met in time from the boat by minibus, met right at the boat and helped to deliver things. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. and despite the fact that check-in takes place from 14:00, we were checked in immediately upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, fresh and new! The room category was upgraded for free, everything was told and explained in detail. As a thank you, I left a tip twice to the employee who showed the room and brought our things, I thought it would be 2 different people, but in the end it turned out to be the same) Out of my inattention, I accidentally gave a $100 note, the disappearance of which I found a few hours later at an exchange office in the city of Male. Returning to the hotel, I explained the situation and the bill was returned to me, special thanks for honesty and decency! We were also helped to dry 2 towels for free. The next day in the morning we had a wonderful delicious breakfast, we specially made an early breakfast for us, knowing that we were leaving. After breakfast, we were also taken to the airport and helped with things! I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel and once again thank you very much and respect for the staff!
