"We liked the hotel. They upgraded our room to a suite, for which we are especially grateful. Some rooms are currently undergoing renovations, but we walked around during the day and it did not cause us any inconvenience. It is clean. There is a crossroad nearby. Not far from the main attractions. A good restaurant at the hotel."

"An excellent hotel in the city center. The rooms are small, with options for rooms with private showers and shared bathrooms. We booked a room with a private shower but stayed in the shared one—it was very clean and pleasant. There's a large kitchenette, tea and coffee are available at all times, and you can store your groceries in the shared fridge. I recommend any room type."

"Overall, everything was fine. The room was comfortable and fairly clean (minor issues like dust, a film on the bathroom sink, and some worn-out plumbing). The bed linens were very clean and fresh, and they provided an extra blanket upon request. The bath towels and sashes on the robes were worn, but very clean. The in-room safe didn't work, but I didn't have time to investigate, though it might be important to someone.
There's only one table in the room, so there's no room for two to sit and relax.
There's a great souvenir corner by the reception with reasonable prices.
Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited. There was no porridge made with water.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, centrally located, close to everything, and the price was better than the Azimut or Meridian.

"Except the room is a little small, everything else is ok!
It's much better than the Cosmos where I stayed for one night as a transition!
During the day, pigeons will knock on your window and ask you to feed them. If you don’t feed them, they will get angry. They are very cute😂
Because we accidentally stained the bed sheets, we offered to compensate them but they said it was not necessary! A little touched

The Standard and Comfort rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a set of toiletries. The rooms have Economy facilities on the floor.
There is a dining room on the ground floor of the hotel, where breakfast is served in the morning. On the 3rd floor there is a shared kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and utensils. On-site facilities include luggage storage, laundry, secure parking, and a tour desk. The reception is open 24 hours a day. A shuttle service is available upon request. Pets are welcome.
"There's a shopping mall to the left of the guesthouse, with fast food and a supermarket. There's also a supermarket in the yellow building to the right. Some rooms face the street, so cars pass by constantly at night, and even with the windows closed, there's some noise. Some rooms on the third floor are next to the public bathroom; if someone forgets to turn off the lights and exhaust fan, there will be noise. There's a small refrigerator in the room.
There's a 24-hour front desk. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, but it's not on many floors. Breakfast is from 7-10 am, with some options. The staff are friendly and provide proof of stay upon check-out. Unfortunately, my visit was short, and I only caught a glimpse of the little black and white cat inside; it seemed a bit timid, which was a shame."

"Only stayed for a few hours, but I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff, along with her boyfriend, were incredibly helpful and warm, even with the language barrier. The room was stuffy, so I had to ask the front desk for a fan, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. It said no breakfast when I booked, but when I asked the staff on-site, they said it was available. There's a small convenience store within 300 meters, which was a nice bonus."

"There are two beds in one room, a bit like a bed with a desk underneath. There is a small window on the second floor. It is great to see the snow. The room is small but clean. You need to go to the front desk to get your toothbrush and slippers. There are none in the room. The front desk can handle the residence permit. The hotel Wi-Fi Chinese number cannot connect. This is really annoying. The water quality in Murmansk is very poor. Bring a few more tissues to filter it. The bathroom has a bathtub! There are two convenience stores and a fried ** across the street. The bus stop is right at the door. It is very convenient. Take the bus from the airport to the nearby bus stop and walk about one kilometer. McDonald's, the train station, and Lenin can all be reached by bus for 50 rubles. Alyosha is a little far away. Take the bus to the halfway point of the mountain and climb up."

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The hotel sign is large and easy to find; the iconic Moorish thermometer is right outside the door, and the huge Okem supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are on the first floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs! They even gave us a handwritten welcome card with our names on it and some cookies upon check-in – so thoughtful! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All amenities are provided, including toiletries. There's also a dining area and microwave in the common areas. The only drawback might be that the bathroom mirror is quite high… perhaps it's designed with the average Dutch height in mind.

GGuest UserThe hotel is hygienic overall and staff are quite friendly and helpful to tourists. Room is huge with well-maintained facilities, including heater and mutil-functional shower. Need to give appreciation to the hotel manager and staff as she’s articulative in English and Russian, who offered help to us to communicate for a lost item of us in a Yandex taxi. Highly recommended if going to skii / enjoy view of snowfall with families.

GGuest UserThe hotel has no signboard, but the address of the taxi is very accurate. Then we forgot to stay in a large room. The first day we went in was more anxious. The driver was waiting for the aurora and then put something on the table. There was a bottle of water on the table. I took the cup and drank two cups (sorry 🧎♂️) Later, I reacted and there were two toilets. I didn’t have to queue up to go to the toilet. The room was soundproof. It was not that bad, but it was not very good.
The hotel can walk about 1km to the train station. There are also big supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, but you have to check it, otherwise you can't find it.
