"The location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious.
The downsides were that check-in was incredibly slow. On top of that, they assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to go back down to the front desk to switch rooms. Also, the breakfast was really disappointing and didn't live up to Best Western standards. If only the breakfast could be improved, I'd want to stay here every time I travel for business."

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. "It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay."

"Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy.
On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming.
On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant"

Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍
On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎"

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

I stayed at EWAA Express Khurais in Riyadh and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to a shopping area with plenty of food options like Starbucks, KFC, Wendy’s, Al Baik, and a Panda hypermarket.
The hotel is simple but functional. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which felt quite dark due to having no outside view. The staff were kind enough to switch me to a room on the 2nd floor, which had a full-height window facing the highway. The difference: the 4th floor room was quieter but darker, while the 2nd floor room was brighter with a view, though some traffic noise was noticeable. I chose the 2nd floor in the end as I prefer natural light.
One unique point is the corridor lighting. The hotel doesn’t use ceiling lights in the hallways, relying instead on small wall-mounted lights. This makes the corridors feel quite dim. It seems to be a design choice across the EWAA hotel group, not just this location. If you're sensitive to low lighting or feel uneasy in darker spaces, this might be something to consider.
Breakfast was decent—not a feast, but enough to fill up. No egg station, but the basics are covered. Also worth noting: the hotel offers bicycles for guests to borrow, which is a nice touch, although I didn’t try it myself.
Overall, a good value stay if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and don’t mind a few quirks in lighting and noise.

Itreally feels like a five star hotel
I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels. 
And this one is easily is in the top 10%
The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc.
The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night
 i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them
The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years
And the location cannot be beat
I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant.
I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
