"Excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace! The staff were very polite and professional, especially at reception. The room was tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the outdoor pool area for a quick break in the afternoon. Great value for money in a central location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh."

"Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities."

"Although the hotel is located near the airport and relatively far from the city center, its community-style design gives guests a warm and cozy feeling. The interior furnishings are new, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. They also provide a complimentary airport drop-off service."

If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!"
