"What a pleasant stay!! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable rooms and the service is exceptionally good. Friendly front desk, very attentive staff at the restaurant even the housekeeping staff is very helpful. I must commend the housekeeping for the super clean bathroom. Especially the shower. That is a first in a long time for me. The hotel is walking distance from the Kingdom tower. There is even a Meed shop on the way for any essentials. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again soon."

"The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay."

"The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room was good and clean. You can grab a coffee or dessert on the sofa in the lobby, or enjoy a drink in the garden. The lobby bar staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who was always cheerful when I went to get hot water. Overall, great service from them. However, the front desk staff were a bit stiff and didn't smile much. On the bright side, the bellhops were very proactive, greeting guests and offering Arabic coffee. Breakfast was decent, but it's a typical Arabic breakfast, which might be a bit plain for those used to Chinese food."

"للأسف، كانت تجربتنا مع موظف الاستقبال رائد سيئة ومحبطة للغاية، وأشعر باستياء شديد من الطريقة التي تم التعامل بها معنا. وصلنا إلى الفندق في وقت متأخر من الليل، وكانت الغرف متوفرة وخالية، ومع ذلك لم يُبدِ رائد أي تعاون للسماح لنا بالدخول المبكر (Early Check-in). والأكثر إحباطًا أنه هو من طلب منا إجراء الحجز، وبناءً على توجيهه قمنا بالحجز في حوالي الساعة 1:30 فجرًا بتاريخ 31 أغسطس. بعد إتمام الحجز، أبقانا في الانتظار بحجة أن الحجز لم يظهر في النظام، وكان يكرر علينا: “انتظر، انتظر حتى يظهر الحجز.” وخلال ذلك كان يغادر مكتب الاستقبال لإجراء مكالمات ثم يعود، وفي كل مرة تقريبًا كانت الإجابة نفسها: “لا أستطيع.” وعندما ظهر الحجز أخيرًا في النظام، بدلًا من إنهاء إجراءات دخولنا، فوجئنا بعذر جديد: أخبرنا بأنه لا يستطيع تسجيل دخولنا لأن الحجز يبدأ بتاريخ 31 أغسطس! وهذا أمر غير مفهوم إطلاقًا، لأننا قمنا بالحجز بعد الساعة 1:30 فجرًا، أي أننا كنا بالفعل في يوم 31 أغسطس. بعد ذلك طلب مني تغيير تاريخ الحجز ليبدأ من 30 أغسطس. وعندما أوضحت له أن النظام بطبيعة الحال لا يسمح لي بإجراء حجز بتاريخ مضى، كانت إجابته مجددًا بكل بساطة: “لا أستطيع.” الأمر الذي أزعجني بشدة أننا بقينا في الاستقبال لما يقارب أربع ساعات كاملة، في منتصف الليل وحتى ساعات الصباح الأولى، دون أي حل، رغم وجود غرف متوفرة. لم نشعر بأي اهتمام بوضعنا، ولا بأي محاولة جادة لإيجاد حل أو حتى تقديم بديل مناسب. أتفهم تمامًا أن الفنادق لديها سياسات محددة لمواعيد تسجيل الدخول، ولكن ما لا أتفهمه ولا أقبله هو إبقاء الضيف لساعات، وتغيير المبررات من وقت لآخر، وطلب إجراء حجز ثم رفض التعامل معه، وعدم إظهار أي مرونة أو رغبة حقيقية في المساعدة رغم توفر الغرف. بكل صراحة، شعرت أننا لم نُعامل كضيوف على الإطلاق. كان من المحبط جدًا أن نقضي ما يقارب أربع ساعات أمام مكتب الاستقبال ونحن نسمع مرارًا وتكرارًا عبارة “لا أستطيع” بدلًا من أن يحاول الموظف إيجاد حل. كانت بداية سيئة جدًا ومخيبة للآمال لإقامتنا، وتركت لدي انطباعًا سلبيًا للغاية عن مستوى خدمة الفندق. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق أن تأخذ هذه الشكوى بجدية تامة وأن تراجع ما حدث وطريقة تعامل الموظف رائد معنا، لأن هذا بالتأكيد ليس مستوى الخدمة الذي يتوقعه أي نزيل من فندق يحترم ضيوفه."
