"We had a pleasant experience at Bundhaya Resort!No regret.Our group arrived early and greeted by friendly staff from the resort at the pier.we were also allowed ro check in early and i really appreciate this as we are travelling with kids!the receptionists were friendly and were very helpful throughout the stay.Kids love the pool and the beach very much.it was a very nice resort close to everything-the pier,the walking street etc and highly recommended to everyone"

"Stayed here for 3 nights, Rooms are chalet concept. 5mins walk from the pier. Pros - Lots of beach chairs - Quite beach (away from the noisy boats and safer to swim) - Provide beach towels - Massage hut by the beach (run separately by a different operator) - 5mins walk to walking street - Provide snorkelling gear for rental - Breakfast was ok. Restaurant food was good. - Friendly staff - Awesome mini fridge (super cold) Cons - Restaurant closes at 7pm - WiFi is not stable at all - The hotel sewerage system is not so good hence there’s a smell (bare-able) from the bathroom. Both our rooms were like that. Just mask it with the air refresherner they provided."

"This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment."

"A great resort with good setup inside, and direct beach access. Room is standard for the island, expect 3-star standard. However the staff members are not very friendly. When I went to ask them questions, they basically questioned me why I do not know where to find things etc. Weird. The staff members at the bar/restaurant area were even rude. Funny though that when several white European guests approach them, they are much more friendly, smiling and asking how their visit has been. When I approached them, they just looked at me with no smile: “what do you want?”"

"This is the best hotel on Koh Lipe! The pool access room is spacious and thoughtfully designed with stylish details. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The beach is beautiful, with water colors as stunning as the Maldives or Seychelles. There are two swimming pools, and a DJ plays by the beachfront pool during the day, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and breakfast is excellent with a good variety including cheeses, salmon, and various fruits. Service was a bit slow during the day but improved significantly for dinner. They offer water activities like kayaks and paddleboards, with the first hour being free. The gym is small but has all the essential equipment."

"The staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules. Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak. Breakfast is good too . Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast."

"Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach."

"My friend stayed in room G22 on the ground floor, and found it quite good. 1. **Location:** Upon arrival at Pattaya Beach, simply walk left. You can entrust your luggage to the hotel staff and walk over yourself, which saves 10 per person per trip on island transfer fees. 2. The main entrance offers easy access to Walking Street. For Sunset Beach, exit via the back door at the top of the property, turn right, and it's a short walk away. 3. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied, featuring a wide range of options like vegetables, fruits, meats, carbs, milk, and eggs, easily fulfilling your daily dietary needs. 4. We stayed in a garden view room, which offered great value for money. Although it was a bit of a walk to our room at the top of the property, there was a complimentary shuttle service available. 5. While there were some mosquitoes outside the room, we didn't encounter any inside, nor any other insects. The only minor downside was the shower pressure, which was just average; otherwise, everything was great."

"I highly recommend this hotel! The scenery is absolutely stunning, 10 times more beautiful in person than the pictures on the booking page 🥰. The hotel offers services beyond breakfast, so you don't need to go out for meals; you can even grab a drink and sunbathe here. The best snorkeling spot is right in front of the hotel. However, the whole of Koh Lipe is a bit chaotic. The taxi driver dropped me off at Pier 1 and then left me there. I even showed my boat ticket at the ticket gate, only to be charged an extra ten dollars, forcing me to drag my suitcase all the way to Pier 3. The boarding process was also extremely chaotic; the streets were full of stinking ditches and mosquitoes, as if the hotel wasn't ready to welcome tourists."
