Hotels in Haeundae/Centum City, Busan

Here's my take on it: So, this place is in a great spot, right next to the boardwalk and a 2 minute walk from Haeunder Beach. The rooms are super clean since they're tidied up every day, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The best part is that there's a supermarket right downstairs so convenient! They even have a washroom available which is nice. Now for the not so great stuff. There are actually two hotels in the same building, which means things can get a bit crowded, especially when it comes to the elevators. During busy times, you might end up waiting for like 9 minutes or just decide to take the stairs instead. Also, I'm not crazy about the 11am checkout time personally, I think noon would be way better. But, that's just my preference. Overall, the location is hard to beat, and the place has its perks, but it's got a few downsides too.

This hotel is located in the best beach spot and offers a beautiful infinity pool. There’s also a 7/11 nearby with great coffee and a McDonald’s that stays open 24/7 for late-night dinners. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with excellent soap and a cleaning service that changes the sponges and towels daily. I had a great time there. The only downside is that the pool closes at 9 pm, which isn’t ideal for those who want to stay up late.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Haeundae subway station, and as soon as you step out, you're on a bustling commercial street. However, in the twin room we booked, each bed only came with one pillow. We called housekeeping to inquire if they could provide two additional pillows. To our utter astonishment, they replied there were none. We double-checked, asking if a hotel of this size truly didn't have a single spare pillow. Their response was a very curt 'No.' A 25-story hotel, and not one extra pillow to be found! I was absolutely speechless. This is a complete discredit to the Ramada brand name.

Things kept going wrong during my stay. First was this lady at the front desk Yangji having a rude attitude and not asking for my membership so the stay wasn’t saved to my account. Then the lock went wrong and i wasn’t able to get in. It took a long time to solve it and already diminished my sense of security in this hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and offers great value for money. You can enjoy a direct sea view from the room, which is kept impeccably clean. It's just a few minutes' walk to Haeundae Beach, and the vibrant Haeundae Food Street is also nearby, offering a fantastic selection of dining and shopping options. Several OY stores are conveniently located around. Emart is also within easy reach. The Sky Capsule Train is accessible by a pleasant walk along the beach. The hotel is also close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. Getting to the hotel from the airport is a breeze—just take the Airport Railroad Line and transfer to Line 2, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming.

1.Location: very well located close to the metro station and close to the beach and pretty much everything. 2.Clean: very clean and new room and amenities. 3.Room. Big enough room , big kitchenette , big fridge , big closet , big bathroom , very spacious and new room. 4.Hotel amenities: the hotel doesn’t have much amenities , just need to go there to sleep 5.Service: service is ok , nice staff , and helpful and English is ok. 6.Need to improve: The curtains ! The room is amazing , but need to buy new curtains that block the sun , the blinds let through a lot of light and by night with street light the room is very lit , and in the morning with the sunrise too much sunlight came in that it has very hard for me to have a good sleep, need to fix that for your future guests. Really enjoy the hotel will go there again , price and location and the room is very good, just need to get better black out curtains 😆

I loved their breakfast; it was incredibly extensive and neatly organized. A quick tip: the hotel shares a lobby with another property, so make sure you head to the correct front desk when you check in. While there aren't many hotels directly near Pusan National University, this area has a good concentration of business hotels offering excellent service. I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for the 2nd time due to business travel. The hotel is really nice, new and with a good location to Haeundae Beach. Room is comfy, but there was some loud noise like construction work at 2:30 am that let me wake up. The fee for breakfast is with 60.000 KRW overcharged. It would be good if the hotel could change their fees accordingly.

Location: The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Exit 5 of Metro Line 2, which is a bit of a distance. The walk takes you past various main commercial streets. However, it's extremely close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk downstairs. Cleanliness: Very clean, with daily housekeeping. Facilities: Rooms are equipped with a clothes dryer, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided daily. Please note that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included. Service: The front desk staff are very friendly and speak English. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Luggage storage is available.

Fully self service but with a hotel reception counter with friendly staffs to assist if necessary. Passcode for lift, room door and luggage storage facilities are sent by email 3hours before check in. No physical room card or keys. Early check in is granted at a small fee. Very pleasant staying experience with Urbanstay. Haeundae is indeed a very convenient location and this hotel is same building as CGV cinema, located just at subway haeundae station. The bus stops right in front of hotel has many buses serving routes to all tourist attractions. Lots of food options here too. Highly recommended.
