酒店环境和卫生很好，服务到位特别满意！Highly recommend staying at this hotel, the service and attitude from staff is immaculate and the general conditions and cleanliness of the hotel are preserved to high standards! The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

In my recent trip to Changchun, I chose the Changbaishan Hotel for my stay based on the location, amenities, and reviews. I was very glad for my choice. The hotel was newly renovated and all the hardware is excellent to the highest standards and so thoughtful to every detail. Their service is even more impressive. My first encounter was Mr. Liang Wei at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me the greetings and offered useful information several times during my stay. When I requested an extended stay after the work hours, he processed it in a timely manner and gave me a deal. I am very grateful to him and the hotel. I will return to this place in my future trips to Changchun. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The hotel has a nice style and complete facilities. The lobby is large. The front desk rabbit Axian has good service and is considerate. Check-in is fast. The room is clean and tidy. The location is in the city center and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use. The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

I suddenly decided to go to Changchun during the Chinese New Year, and as usual, I booked the Atour Hotel. Because of the location, we booked the Atour Hotel near Gongnong University. The service of Yaduo is really amazing. I arrived at the store on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and the water was cut off in the middle of my shower at night... I went to the front desk with bubbles all over my head. The lady at the front desk immediately asked the housekeeping department to check the reason in the room. After learning that there was a problem with the water supply in the whole building, they actively helped to solve the problem of washing my hair. Their attitude was very good. After the water supply system was restored, they came to apologize and gave us a small gift. This stay made me realize the responsibility and enthusiasm of Atour. I will order Atour next time. By the way, you can watch the sunrise every day from the 21st floor.

Facilities: The facilities are in good condition. The only drawback is that there was a power outage at about 3 am the next day after check-in. I woke up from the cold. Later, the power came back on and the air conditioner turned on again. Everything else was good. Hygiene: The hygiene is good and everything is very clean. Environment: The environment is also very good and quiet. There are ground parking lots and underground parking lots, which are very convenient. Service: The service is very good. The front desk guys and girls are very nice. It is worth recommending.

環境：酒店整體感覺很大氣，想去動植物公園玩所以選擇了這個酒店，酒店離桂林路夜市和動植物公園都很近，交通很方便，門口就是公交站和地鐵站， 設施：再説説房間吧，進到房間感覺很明亮，前台妹妹為我安排了朝陽的房間，窗户很大，樓層也高，視野很好，也不吵，房間電視可以投屏，床很舒服，玩了一天之後可以睡個美美的覺。 服務：前台的所有工作人員都很熱心，尤其是張亞鑫和陳明艷經理，服務真的特別好，入住那天下雨，很貼心的幫我們打傘，真的有一種家的感覺！複合我們東北人的氣質！ 衞生：房間非常乾淨，床品毛巾之類的都很新，拖鞋很厚實，帶小孩入住還給送了小童用品，孩子很喜歡 總之十分推薦！下次過來還會入住的
