My first time staying at a Hampton by Hilton, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. We had requested two rooms on the same floor, and the friendly gentleman at the front desk not only upgraded us immediately but also enthusiastically helped us with local food recommendations. The view from our room was excellent, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel's location is super convenient, and the underground parking was a huge bonus. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at recently. Highly recommend!

First of all, I would like to praise the front desk of the store. They extended my stay by one and a half hours for free. The overall service and cleanliness have caught up with many big cities. I will stay at their place when I go on business trips in the future. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The service concept of this boss is absolutely great. Parking is next door, which is a little inconvenient but okay. The breakfast is not very delicious, but it is no problem for the stomach.

I was really satisfied with my stay this time, and I must praise a few words. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, the housekeeper Lulu greeted me with hot tea. After I checked in, I personally sent it to the elevator. I left on the good floor. This elevator service is too intimate. She heard that we came to Yulin for the first time and immediately sent a city exploration guide. Which street snacks are the most concentrated, the surrounding food locals love to go, and the recommended popular attractions nearby. It is clearly written and followed. I don't catch blindness at all. What surprised me the most was the laundry service! I went out to play for several days and I had a bunch of dirty clothes. I originally planned to take it home and wash it again. The front desk said that the hotel has a self-service laundry room, the washing machine dryer is fully equipped, and I wear it directly after washing. Throwing the clothes in that night, it was dried for more than an hour. It was soft and fluffy. The next day, I could wear clean clothes to go out to play. It was a savior for people who had been out for a long time. The housekeeper Lulu reminded the midnight snack and breakfast time on time. After staying for three days, I didn't have to remember anything by myself. The service has temperature and details, I really recommend it to all friends who come to Yulin!

The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good and very satisfied, you can also store your luggage for free, there is a wake-up service, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the hygiene is very clean, the front desk service is very good, the breakfast is self-service, there are many varieties, very satisfied with a stay

I often stay at the GreenTree Inn Red Memory branch when I'm on business trips. It has a laundry room with dryer, a gym, and all the essential facilities. This time, I specifically chose this hotel because I was going to the Hongjin Wholesale Market to buy goods. It's just a few minutes from the North Second Ring Road highway exit, and there's a large free parking lot, which is very convenient for both trucks and cars. Check-in at the front desk is very efficient, and the staff are very friendly and gentle, even when I arrive late. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and odor-free, and the housekeeping is meticulous. I recommend it.
