Not happy with Trip.com as when we reached hotel they made us wait for more than 1 hr and said no booking by my name, thn i wasted my money on international calls to Trip.com and after that issue got resolved and in return i got only 1500 points as an compensation... sad very sad for making ur client wait for more than hour and in return you get compensation as 1500 points

Keep in mind several of these issues are related to the fact that the hotel is understaffed. 1st, they don't always answer the phone (Both when you're staying at the hotel or just considering it) Here are a number of issues we faced during our stay, within the character limit. They increase the AC temp during night time in the summer ”to save power” although it's very hot (＞35 degrees celsius at night) We booked a presidential suite. We were told that the difference between it & an executive suite was that the presidential suite had a jacuzzi, so we figured why not. We were told on the phone that there was valet parking. This was not the case when we arrived. There was no valet parking. There was basement parking, which was a bit narrow/uncomfortable in certain spots but overall fine. Upon arrival, there was only 1 receptionist available. I suggest they hire 1-2 more to deal with customers checking in & out and with those who have questions & to pick up the phone. This poor single receptionist was printing papers, checking ID's, talking with 2 groups of customers checking in as well as a group checking out, answering phone calls, & opening/closing parking gates. The one good thing about our stay was his assistance - Leonardo, so I would like to thank him & I hope he gets a raise. After checking in, we went to our presidential suite. 1st impressions were positive at the beginning - it looked nice & I liked the blue carpet's colour & the paint was bright. However, after that, cracks started to appear in our view. The flat TV screen was small & ancient. It was also bolted in such a way that concealed the ports behind the TV. This led to our 1st negative interaction with maintenance & IT. The person who responded said they were in the process of getting new TVs & that only 2 in the entire hotel had an HDMI cable port. I knew that was false. He insisted. When I kept questioning him about it, he said he'd send someone to check it out. Leonardo the receptionist showed up along with the maintenance guy, & they both unscrewed a screw behind the TV to allow us to check behind it, where we saw there was indeed an HDMI cable & it worked. The bed's mattress was as hard as the floor. The pillows were meh. But the worst thing about the bedroom was this wind chime that was right in front of the A/C vents. I'm not sure what decor genius thought this was a good idea, because it was terrible. Every time we closed our eyes to sleep they would jingle & wake us up. Next, the bathrooms. There were 2, which was good, but one of them had a clogged up sink so the water rose quickly. The other bathroom with the jacuzzi & the shower had a broken heater. The false ceiling had markings of mould/humidity/leaking water & so on. The water coming from the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. It rendered the jacuzzi unusable. The water also had a funny green colour which made it seem unhealthy to use. We complained & after an adventure with the help of a security guy, the rec

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

It so happened that we came across a burning tour at a ridiculous price, and in two days of preparations we arrived in Sharjah. By the way, we were already in the UAE in 2017, having visited all the popular excursions, and this time I was hoping for a beach holiday. Given the circumstances, in a pandemic, I thought that I would cook the lion's share myself in the kitchenette, which, as far as I understand, all rooms are equipped with. My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. Anyway, those who took the tour with food complained about the monotony of the menu. You decide. Here it is customary for guests to give out only two large towels, although the hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel. At first, I thought that the staff was sharpening a tooth on me, for that scandal during check-in, but then it turned out that other tourists also had this. And even then, after putting things in order, the maid takes them away. Returning from the beach, you need to catch the maid to beg for them. In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is spacious, though without a balcony, but it is equipped with three types of curtains, ranging from blockouts to model curtains, which makes it dark during the day as well as at night. And at night, at least gouge out your eyes. I think this is done to protect against heat and noise. With lighting here, sadness, if you like to have lamps and lights everywhere, then you are clearly not here. In general, the room is always very dark during the day and at night the same way, you can break all your legs, if you woke up in the middle of the night, then there is not a single lamp or sconce. The upper and only ceiling is turned on only near the entrance and shines dimly. Apparently with electricity there is control and accounting, all electrical equipment is connected directly without sockets. Do not rush to buy an exorbitant phone adapter, as the hotel guide advised us, the phone can, in principle, be charged from a hair dryer. But here is a chic bed, just huge, my husband is on

First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

This hotel is stunning and offers a wonderful experience! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at center hotel Sharjah . The exquisite culinary offerings left me amazed, especially the diverse and delicious food and clean room with big rooms , big bed etc The mattress made of horse hair, though expensive, provided a unique and luxurious comfort that added to the overall indulgence. The sauna gym and beautiful pool were truly rejuvenating, and I cherished every moment of relaxation. The service staff and all employees were incredibly friendly, making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. A special thanks to all employees of The center hotel Sharjah who made our stay remarkable. I will recommend anyone to stay with the hotel and definitely , we must come back .

По приезду на период с 29.12. 2021 по 04.01.2022 были в шоке, поскольку отель позиционирует себя и турфирма SunMar предлагает отель, как 4*. От предложенного номера сразу отказались из-за его ужасного состояния. Разбитая кухня, в номере запах из коридора (готовят еду сотрудники). Просмотрели несколько предложенных номеров. Все почти одинаково плохие. Вынуждены были выбрать на 15 этаже, но потом и его поменяли из-за шума от общей вытяжки. Проблемой отеля в первую очередь являются состояние санузлов. Везде старые приборы. На стенах санузлов черная и серая плесень (в санузлах нет подогрева), грязные шкафы в спальне. Запах от матрасов. После вселения обнаружили отсутствие слива в раковине, как следствие, вода на полу. Все какое-то замызганное, не свежее. Мебель и гостиные, спальни правда обновлены. Освещение слабое. В номерах верхних этажей, расположенных рядом с шахтой вытяжки, сильный шум от вентиляторов (до 12 ночи и с утра). Поэтому были вынуждены также поменять этот номер. Номера (апартаменты) оборудованы кухней с холодильником, микроволновкой, двумя стаканами, набором посуды и приборов на двоих. Состояние разных номеров немного отличается, но однозначно не удовлетворительное. Моющих средств в номерах нет. Сотрудники отеля – сезонные мигранты. Опыта в обслуживании номеров у них нет, с вытекающими последствиями по качеству обслуживания и уборки. Получить на ресепшене у сотрудников информацию о городе, расположении банкоматов, проезде и т.п. - не рассчитывайте. Оплаченный полупансион – очень скромный завтрак (4 простых варианта) и стандартный ужин (4 простых варианта). Меню не меняется. Все 7 ночей в ресторане не видели посетителей, столы для размещения и подогрева еды не сервируют. Шведского стола нет. Практикуется доставка из ресторана в номера. Время приготовления (либо доставки в номер) 20 -30 минут с момента заказа. Отель заброшен, видно явное отсутствие нормального качественного менеджмента. Однозначно не рекомендую. Жаль, что выбрали этот отель. Описание отеля не соответствует фактическому.

This hotel apartment is not that centrally located. But good that there is a nearby grocery. Also, it's not hard to have food delivered. The apartment is okay with the spacious living room, and the room slightly small but comfortable. We stayed in the Stars 2 building which is the old one and it needs renovation. The style, interior and furnitures need an upgrade. There is a kitchen, stove, and washing machine so living in is convenient. The housekeeping comes everyday and Islam makes sure that our room is clean. He always asks if we need anything more and takes care of our needs.

Just returned from this hotel. Very good hotel, to service, staff no claims. Always help, what you don't say about individual guides who just try to match the tours, are not doing anything more in fact. There was a separate guide Polina, who didn't even report about the time of departure from the hotel for some reason. Tours are better to take from Ramil, cheaper, but in quality are not inferior, or maybe even better. In addition, he is always in the hotel and will help with the choice of tours and not only. Also always keeps the tourists out for their tours. Hotel guides sell tours and disappear, and then as you like, and find out who and where you go.
