Room on level 8 smelled very very badly of smoke. Guests were checked in at 2am and were extremely loud. When I had booked my hotel it was ~10 dollars more expensive per night, compared to when I checked in. Had trouble with price matching due to a voucher used. Wouldn’t recommend using trip.com for booking the hotel

I only stayed there for 2 nights but it was a very pleasant stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially the lady at reception. Room and breakfast is ok and a plus is the rooftop pool

Highly recommended!!! Whole resort is awesome Wonderful service We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed She is amazing.

Great first stay in Danang! Truly enjoyed the location, right on the beach and easy to eat out or order in. Wish there were chairs closer to the water so we could enjoy the shade while watching the little one playing in the water. At the moment it's either all sand with shade or all water with absolutely no shade. Service was great as well. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Only issue was room cleanliness. It was passable but there were still dirty corners, trash under the bed, and shower stains. Cleanliness was also an issue on parts of the beach where trash and cigarettes littered the seating area. Definitely stay here if you want beach access!

A few issues such as our 2 rooms (junior suite with balcony) were at different levels (1501 and 501) for 2 nites and (1501 and 1101) for 2 nites. Slow to check in because the front desk refused to try to relocate the 2 rooms to be closer. Poorly trained staff with little or no English communication skills. Poor management because I requested to see the hotel manager but she never showed up in the hotel everyday whenever I asked . The bathroom has a weird shaped tub which a user need to stand or sit in the small tub to take shower. No curtain, so water splashed all over the floor. The soap holder is too far from the tub. Sliding glass door with mismatched pull-down blinds that block the bathroom door. Moulds all over the blinds. Small gym room with old broken basic equipment and rusty free weights. Pool deck is tired looking with mouldy and broken tiles and rusty railing. No towels provided at pool deck. Buffet breakfast is so so. After we shared our opinion about the food taste/quality we were offered fried noodles to calm our disappointment about the food.. A friendly customer service supervisor always looked after us during breakfast. Tea was weak but they made us strong tea with tea bag in each tea cup. Mattress old and soft. They changed it after I made a complaint about it. We could feel an effort to improve their service upon receiving our feedback. Good ocean front location and great view from room balcony. Many cafes, restaurants, a few pubs, convenience stores, money changer at the back streets. .

Hotel service: 4/5 Amenities: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Food: 4.5/5 I deducted points for the service because the hotel lobby was so hot. The lobby was so, so hot… … The lagoon pool/beach pool were both great and my mom was super satisfied! I was worried because there were some reviews saying the food wasn't tasty, but maybe that's why it was okay. I accidentally purchased a stay without meals, so I went out for one of the three nights and ate one day and ordered half-and-half, and had breakfast on the last day. I think I'll just have breakfast every day next time. It's kind of annoying to go out or order. ㅎㅎ

Amazing place! The room is big and the bathroom is great, and both are very clean. It has also a good view of the street. There’s a quick WiFi. The staff is always ready to help. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the region, and the beach is so near.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as I arrived. There is no railing or disabled entrance to the hotel. Fortunately I was not raining as the entrance is polished marble. The room was quite pleasant. Nice overall no disabled bars, but the staff got a chair so I could shower. Breakfast was a guess work as there were no labels or descriptions of the items. Food was passable and filling.

The hotel is located across the road from the sea, there is an underground passage to the beach. The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which was not working, a sauna, which was also not working, and something similar to a Turkish hamam, a spa, a relaxation area, parking for bikes. . The room is clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, there is a private small balcony, disposable toiletries, but no disposable slippers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast is varied, the dishes are delicious. The welcome fruits in the room were not very tasty. Overall, I liked my stay at this hotel, but the sauna that was not working spoiled my mood.

Staff are great. Front of house staff English very good. Place is super nice. Small but clean and high end. Food was most excellent. Very impress with quality of food. Spa massage was disappointing I must say. Tried various each day and they are all the same. Soft comfy massage. Pressure with hard, medium, light all the same lol. None the less it’s nice.
