The front desk staff especially Cindy was very welcoming and it is always good to see her smile. Her attitude and service is excellent.

The hotel location was good and offered free parking. The room was a bit dated, but it is spacious and clean. Overall not bad.

Facilities: The room's amenities are quite new, and the TV supports screen mirroring. Cleanliness: Very clean. View/Setting: It's arguably the tallest building in the area, offering great views (though there isn't much of a city skyline to speak of). Breakfast: The breakfast was decent and predominantly Chinese style. It was nice to have *cheung fun* (rice noodle rolls). However, they weren't very proactive in refilling the dishes.

I found this hotel in Dongguan through an internet search. Although there weren’t many reviews, which made me a bit concerned, my worries disappeared the moment I checked in. From the first impression to my two-day stay, it exceeded even five-star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the service exceptionally fast. Everything was absolutely perfect. If I visit Dongguan again, I will 100% stay here. I sincerely want to express my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service.

I came here once before in May, and this time I was bored and had nothing to do on vacation, so I came here to experience this hotel for one night. I asked for no smoking and quiet room and they gave me a perfect room. I slept very well considering that often, in the night, some neigbors are really noisy. Breakfast was good. So; for me thumbs up.

As a guest from Singapore, this hotel really impressed me. Upon arrival, greeted us warmly and gave us water. They upgraded our rooms for free. Check in procedure was smooth and we got to our room in no time. Room was clean, and trendy. Bed was soft and nice to sleep on. Room came with a lot of amenities, hari dryer, mini fridge, hair conditioner, mosquito repellant, slippers, razors, and tea pot and cups with tea leaves, and has many charging ports. Hao a really pleasant stay here and would definitely come back again.
