Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay

We reached the hotel early so we left our luggages and took a cab to Dubai Mall. Back by 2pm and thank you for letting us checked in early but the room was without a view. Breakfast spread was good and yummy. We thought of converting our breakfast to dinner on the last day( top up the difference) because our flight was early but they didn’t allow it so i ate my packed sandwich and fruits at the airport while thinking of the mouth watering omelette and waffles. Thank you to Ronnel @Together&Co 🤗 he was always cheerful and happy whenever he saw us walking in for breakfast 💐 and thank you to Raj for booking the taxis for us. So lazy to walk to Metro under the hot sun

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff are helpful and respectful. The hotel is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and it is a 15-minute drive from Global Village. I always choose Hilton hotels because they are exceptional.

First of all, the bed was uncomfortable — not like what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The service was worse than a 3-star hotel. I ordered a delivery, and they refused to send it to my room. I had to go down to collect it myself. Imagine if I hadn’t been at the hotel at that moment! I had a last-minute emergency and needed to check out early, so I showed them my air ticket — but they still rejected my request and didn’t even consider my situation. The rules are too rigid and unreasonable. The staff were also unfriendly. One of them asked for my room number three times and still couldn’t remember it. Unbelievable. I will never stay at this hotel again. Regret staying at this hotel !!!
