Everything was just amazing! All the staff are very welcoming, the food is nice, the location is very convenient. Even had a balcony to chill and stuff. We’ll for sure be back soon!🥹

Pro: supermarkt is just downstairs.
Room is ok, but have to ask for cooking pans.
Cons: There is no shuttle to Dubai Mall. Walking to metro is ok, but walking to Dubai Mall is bit too far(25min)

Leva Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — comfortable, very clean, and the staff are incredibly professional and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I visit Duba

Hotel provided excellent service, all the staff were very friendly and most helpful.
When we had an incident with the taxi driver, who threatened us to pay 5 times the normal price, the hotel staff helped us to resolve the problem. The driver of the hotel transportation especially stepped up for us and saved us! I am truly grateful for his support.
