The hotel is centrally located, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets all nearby. The staff are friendly and courteous, proactively assisting every guest. The rooms are clean and safe, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive.
Definitely will stay here again next time.

Location is great. Metro is nearby. Service is impeccable.. The minute we stepped in the hotel we were greeted by hearty smiles from all the staff. Special compliment goes to Concierge Yan who proactively follow up with our tour guide to ensure things were in good order.

It was so nice to stay here in Dubai.
Every employee was so friendly, especially the general hotel manager and Dinesh at the Club Lounge repception welcomed us warmly.

Although facilities are a little old, Hotel service is in high standard, the reception crew Mr. Karim is very nice, he offered an extra bed for free, which is really helpful, so I was delighted to tip him.
