"The service of this hotel is really considerate. As soon as you check in, you will be provided with a butler tracking service. The butler will take you to the room and help you with your luggage, help you connect to the wifi, and introduce you to the attractions and restaurants in Qufu. Fruits, snacks, and 4 bottles of mineral water were delivered to the room every day. Porridge or yogurt was delivered to the room every night. The room was also upgraded for free. It can be said that it was very thoughtful. This is a Confucian culture theme hotel that makes guests feel at home. The etiquette is in place and the room facilities are complete, including Yupao, ironing board, safe, floor scale, smart toilet and air purifier. "One of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!"

"Our two-night stay. All the staff provided warm and attentive service. Tiffany and Evelyn handled our check-in, asking about our needs and communicating promptly when issues arose, which was excellent. Daisy from Juyuan Restaurant explained the menu items with a cheerful smile; the appetizers were delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the soybeans. The breakfast quality was quite good, and they even offered free children's entertainment. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The general cleanliness of the property was acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the room details: the pillows were too soft, and it would be great to have a choice of both soft and firm options. The bathroom's under-mount sink had stubborn stains in the inner corner where it met the countertop. Since the mirror reflected these, it looked unappealing (I won't post photos, but they're noticeable upon inspection). The towels and bath sheets were new and clean, but they shed a lot of fine lint; it felt like I'd inhale the fibers when using them, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, regarding the carpet, I personally feel it should be minimized. In humid and hot conditions, carpets can harbor bacteria that simple vacuuming can't resolve effectively. Overall, it's an acceptable stay. Given that it was a busy holiday period, I think it's crucial to consider increasing the cleaning staff. The hotel hasn't undergone extensive renovation in about ten years, so regular maintenance is very important. It's perfectly fine for it to show its age, but it shouldn't look neglected or dirty. The hotel has a lot of character. A friend recommended it, and I would also recommend it to others for a visit. Oh, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area, which is extremely convenient."

"During the National Day holiday, I visited Luyuan Village and chose the Luyuan Hotel. The experience far exceeded my expectations! I especially want to praise our housekeeper, Zhang Shengnan, who proactively contacted us before our stay and provided warm and attentive service throughout. She was always smiling and introduced us to the village's attractions like a friend. She also offered to help with our luggage both during check-in and check-out, making us feel incredibly warm and at home. Taxiing from the high-speed rail station to the Nishan Visitor Center is easy, costing about 33 yuan. After checking in, the staff will guide you to your room via a shuttle bus. We stayed in room 12206 of Tianqiaoju, on the second floor. The view from the window was beautiful, and the lights were even more stunning at night. The hotel's breakfast was also exceptional, with delicious Shandong pancakes and steamed buns. After check-out, they even let us store our luggage for free, allowing us to continue exploring the village. The kids had a blast here, and our whole family was delighted. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"We bought a package which included tickets for two people to visit famous mountains and scenic spots. There are also two breakfasts. The staff at the guesthouse are very enthusiastic and polite, and they all call guests teachers. When I got there, my friend Qi Tiantian added me on WeChat and sent me the shuttle bus schedule to and from the Holy Land as well as the program schedule inside the Holy Land. It was pretty good, and the accommodation was quite spacious. The Spring Festival here is pleasant and relaxing."

"The hotel is huge with beautiful views, and there are plenty of activities. I tried the sachet-making activity that came with the booking, which was really fun! The butler contacted me in advance for timely communication, which was very thoughtful and thorough. It's very close to Nishan Sacred Land, and there's a shuttle bus directly from the hotel. The self-driving parking lot is a bit far, so you need to rely on the hotel's shuttle service for getting in and out. Luckily, the shuttle is very convenient and comes quickly. The location is a bit remote, so we mostly ate at the hotel, and the restaurant food was good and portions were generous. The only slightly awkward thing was that there were staff members live-streaming right next to our room. We had to ask them to move if we wanted to avoid being on camera. I understand the hard work of the live streamers, but I also hope they understand that not everyone wants to be on camera. Overall, it was a good stay!"
