Hotels in Shunde Center, Foshan

We're leaving the Hilton Shunde today very, very disappointed. I ate some old shrimp the day I arrived at this hotel, which gave me a rash overnight. I went to the pharmacy to buy my medicine. Until then, many of the staff seemed very concerned. And I believe they were. On the second day (today), I had episodes of intense abdominal cramps and almost fainted in the hotel restaurant. You can watch the videos if you want. Two employees even noticed I wasn't feeling well, so I asked for water and went to my room. The hotel staff are spectacular, but I felt a lack of concern from management as time went on. At first, they were very helpful, but then they seemed to disbelieve. Someone at the front desk, I believe a manager, told my husband that they were ”looking into the matter” and that they weren't sure if the shrimp was actually what had hurt me. What???? Was I lying? We missed two days of our trip with our kids because I ate some bad food. And the hotel offered us an upgrade if we wanted to stay and pay for an extra night. Money isn't the issue, but we felt distrusted by the hotel management. I regretted not mentioning at the lounge that the shrimp tasted spoiled and old. I only told my husband. I could have told the hotel staff. I arrived at this Hilton thinking it was a Hilton like the others we've been to, but I saw a huge difference. Especially in ”Miki's” statement: ”We're not sure if it was the shrimp that did the problem.” We are very very very disappointed. I hope it not happening with another guest. Never.

On a last-minute trip to Shunde to meet friends, I chose Atour Shunde Fisherman's Wharf for its convenient location near our meeting spot. Check-in was seamless, and the welcoming staff were excellent. When it unexpectedly rained one evening, I went to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, and they impressively knew our room number right away. The next day, I requested a late check-out due to travel plans, and they handled it very efficiently. These small details truly showcased the front desk team's professionalism and excellent training. Many thanks to them! Turning to the room, it offered a stunning river view, comfortable bedding, new furnishings, and a shower with great water pressure and consistent temperature. The location is fantastic; within a 20-minute walk, you can reach Xinjiu Road, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Diesel Engine Plant. I haven't stayed at Atour hotels much in the past, but it will definitely be my top choice for future trips. The option for late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to availability) was also a fantastic convenience.

Room comfort: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful stay. Although not particularly spacious, it was well-designed and fully equipped. Location: Excellent! It's right within the OCT HARBOUR PLUS commercial complex. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs leads you to the theme park, various restaurants, and shops. It's super convenient for enjoying the night view, and you can easily return to your room to rest when you're tired. Perfect for families with kids or couples. Service attitude: The front desk and staff were all warm and friendly. Check-in was efficient, they answered all questions, and provided thoughtful service, making us feel right at home. Extra surprise: The hotel's own sports center is a bonus, and as a guest, we received exclusive discounts on theme park tickets, which was a great deal! Summary: With its prime location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and guest benefits, this is an excellent choice for visiting OCT HARBOUR PLUS. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It's quite new and the service was excellent. The room size was adequate, though there wasn't a bathtub. Both the bathroom and hallways were quite spacious. With electronic curtains and smart services, it's very appealing to younger guests. The lobby and the 20th-floor bar also boast a very modern and fresh design. There's an indoor swimming pool and a gym, though the gym is a little on the small side. Breakfast was quite substantial, and parking was convenient. The nearby Rongqi area offers numerous dining options, including many authentic local restaurants. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff member was very friendly. The hotel maintains strict management, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, which makes it a popular choice for families and couples on summer vacations. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which I personally really appreciate. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money as long as your expectation is managed. The hotel is a bit old but place is kept clean and tidy. The housekeeping robot delivering essential item such as toiletries etc is a nice touch. The Executive Lounge is closed which is a shame as we stay on this top floor and would have appreciated breakfast with a view! Instead I would suggest skip the hotel breakfast and go to explore with local eateries. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is an excellent venue for local cuisine!

This is a genuinely great hotel. Parking is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and well-soundproofed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they even generously offered a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. Their service was outstanding. Highly satisfied and thoroughly recommend!

It is a nice and clean hotel. I booked a king bed room and they gave us twin bed. I told the receptionist and she changed the room. Then I found no refrigerator in our room whereas the room type I paid is deluxe with refrigerator. The receptionist told me all their rooms are not coming with refrigerstor. I showed her the proof of my ooking. Finally she arranged a desk top refrigerator which we aporeciate that. I suggested the hotel to check with the booking agencies to make clear list of amenities for different types of room.

This is a hotel with a distinctly Chinese feel. My first experience was quite positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ronggui Station. Traditional Costume Experience: Free traditional costumes are available at the front desk, perfectly complementing the hotel's style. Wearing them is a great way to check in. Service: The service was excellent. Warm Late-Night Snacks: The unique late-night snacks are commendable.

It's a little far from most of the popular Shunde tourist destinations, but this hotel is great value for money. There were five of us and we stayed in the extremely spacious presidential suite, which was really more like three individual hotel rooms (each with its own toilet and shower) connected to a main living room with several sofas. The rooms are very well-stocked with all of the amenities you would want or need. A ten-minute Didi ride from the hotel gets you to various 私房菜 restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic, with a huge selection of Chinese breakfast foods as well as fruits and vegetables. The only downside to our stay was that we arrived during Chinese New Year, so the hotel was understaffed and it took over an hour for our room to be cleaned (even though we arrived well after the listed check-in time).
