Hotels in Centro, Granada

A stylish hotel, conveniently located just off an alley next to Granada Cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were very spacious. They reportedly host regular rooftop parties, which would be great for social butterflies, though there's an extra charge to attend. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection and the taste was average, but it was enough to fill you up. The coffee was awful, but for only 6 euros, it's incredibly good value. A nice touch was the complimentary box of drinking water provided on the first day of our stay. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day, but there's a 3-euro charge for storing bags after check-out.

Central location within easy reach of all points of interest: cathedral, restaurants, shuttle buses to specific areas. Perfect hotel service, clean, good breakfast service, attentive and friendly reception, taking care of our needs. We have no doubt that, if we decide to return to Granada in the future, we would choose this hotel (as long as there are rooms available).

- Hey, Ok, overall, 6/10 is the ideal note ...joints in the shower that departs, traces of aging and black humidity in the shower, overall quite clean, high-tech facilities are well but also aging, e.g.: The beuk TV, as well as the ”intelligent” toilet that opens, closes, cleanses alone at night, and especially a very bad bed where, you push, as soon as you are going to bed! That's the worst thing! Overall, well, you have also for your money, when booking, you know you will not go even in a 4 or 5 stars !!! Sorry for the staff who is really super nice, and there 10/10! A + also, we arrived after midnight, after official time of registration, we have called warning of our delay, and gently one person at the reception has stayed to receive us !! Thank you

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

The location couldn't be better, directly across from the Alhambra and just a 2-minute walk away. Conveniently, the Alhambra's car park is right opposite, and 22 Euros for a full day isn't bad, though the hotel itself doesn't offer parking. The room felt quite dated; apart from three beds, a table, and a sofa, it was pretty basic. The bathroom only had a shower over the tub. The bed only came with a duvet cover and no actual duvet inside. While this might be a local custom for summer, I personally found it uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was generally good.

The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good. Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers.  Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally,  gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either! This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay! For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable.

The location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from the Alhambra Palace. The environment is good, clean and tidy, and the facilities are modern. The service is thoughtful and meticulous. When we checked in at night, the receptionist introduced us to the environment very seriously, and guided us how to eat, how to store luggage, and how to go to the Alhambra Palace. The food in the restaurant is delicious, fried cod, fried chicken nuggets, sandwiches and soups are delicious.

The hotel's location is bustling, with various dining and entertainment options right at its doorstep, making it especially convenient for visiting the Alhambra. The service was excellent; the reception even provided a city map, explained it, and circled the main attractions – very enthusiastic! The room was a bit small, but its outstanding value for money more than made up for it.

This should be the best hotel for this trip. The day we arrived was the May Day in Andalucia, which was very lively. The breakfast in the hotel's executive lounge has a hidden menu, which can be ordered by scanning the code. The Alhambra Palace is really shocking, and the Nasrid Palace, which needs to be booked two months in advance, is the essence of its art.
