Hotels in Centro, Granada

The overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though

The hotel was very nice. Very easy to reach by bus and then a short walk. The receptionist was helpful and sweet. She recommended a very nice place to view Alhambra during sunset. The room was clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The city center and the most famous areas are a walking distance from the hotel. They held my luggage for 2 hours after the checkout. Also, you should check out some authentic souvenirs at “La Alborea” shop which is very close to the hotel.

The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. When we came back around 1pm after lunch, they checked us in. The breakfast was good. Everything was great and undoubtedly one of the best experiences.

An unexpectedly delightful hotel! I love it so much! The historical sense and elegance of the hotel itself make people like it as soon as they walk in, as if the previous owner was a knight, and this is the palace given to him by the royal family. On the day of arrival, the flight was diverted due to weather reasons. We arrived at nearly 4 am. The front desk lady spoke very good English and was particularly concerned about us. She checked us in quickly and let us have a good rest. The first impression was full. The breakfast at the hotel the next day was also very rich and delicious 😋The hotel is small but very exquisite and beautiful. The room facilities are both classical and practical. I really regret not staying in Granada for a few more days. I love this town so much! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation!

The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs 20 euros per night. It has a car lift, and one of the hotel's elevators can go directly to the underground garage. The hotel is in a small alley, and you can park temporarily on the roadside at the door. After completing the check-in procedures, the staff will take the driver to park. There are 2 rooms on the 5th floor, with a sloping ceiling and exposed cement. Rooms 406 and 407 are good, and 304 is darker. There are 2 bathing areas in the room, the bath water is quite large, and the bathroom is clean. There are only sheets, and the quilt core is in the cabinet. In early October, the air conditioner can be turned off at night, so we put the quilt core directly on the sheets. There are many restricted areas in Granada. The hotel is more considerate that all the license plates of the hotel will be reported to the traffic police to avoid tickets. It costs 6.5 euros to take a taxi to the San Nicolas Observation Deck. There is no parking lot there. If you go to the San Miguel Observation Deck, you can drive there. There is an open space for free parking. Otherwise, Uber will cost 23 euros to come back. The roads in the old town are small and there are many one-way streets. We basically took a taxi. The Gastrobar La Botillería restaurant near the hotel is good. Watch the sunset at 8:00 in the morning on the terrace on the 5th floor

The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good. Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers.  Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally,  gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either! This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay! For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable.

Among the cities I visited during this trip to Spain, this hotel had the best impression! The location is good and convenient for traveling; the room is spacious and clean; the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. What was particularly surprising was that there was a Chinese-speaking front desk guy named Anthony. When a group of us entered the hotel lobby to check in, there were guests in front of us who were checking in and needed to wait, so he took a map of Granada and showed it to us. , explaining to us how to get to scenic spots with diagrams, and recommending delicious restaurants, so that the fatigue of our journey will disappear.

I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back. Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice.

Facilities: Complete, large room Hygiene: Feels hygienic Environment: Good location, very close to the Alhambra Palace, very convenient Service: Good service, free water. It's very comfortable to live here, with convenient transportation

Una sugerencia para la gerencia, sería conveniente aumentar el personal a la hora del desayuno, sobre todo en días festivos o con muchas reservas. Ayer domingo 29 de diciembre con el comedor a tope solo había una chica y pobrecita, no daba abasto... gracias a su compañera de recepción que se ocupaba de recoger mesas etc.
