"The hotel is in a very convenient location, situated right in front of Rogier Metro Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. There are also several nearby restaurants, which is great if you don’t want to travel far for meals. A Starbucks is located at the same spot as the metro entrance, which is a nice bonus for quick coffee runs. My overall stay was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed visible dust particles, particularly around the bed area and on the bedside table, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected. While the location is definitely a strong point, improvements in room size and cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable."

"Booked the most basic room there was, as I was there for the F1 weekend, and will not be in the room except at night for resting. The location is nestled nicely between Brussels North Station and the shopping area/Grand Place, so most places that I wanted to go were walkable. I didn't interact with many service staff except when I checked in and out. Shower pressure was poor; it could have been better, considering the water pressure was quite strong. In terms of cleanliness, you could feel the grime on the carpet when walking barefoot. There was mould all over the pillars and walls of the room and toilet, and a musky smell coming from the cupboard. There is also no air-con in the room, when I say no air-con, I don't mean it is spoilt, there simply isn't one, so expect the room to be stuffy, especially on hotter months. I was lucky as the temperature at night was around 16C, so I used the portable heater as a ventilator fan."

"Very convenient location with only 1 min walk to metro. Big hotel with a lot of rooms and the rooms are in good size. Rooms are clean and nice and with coffee machine provided as well."

"Enjoyed my stay here very much. From the beautiful view of the city to the short distance walk to the centre, would definitely consider coming back. My only dislike was the lack of wardrobe in the room. I found myself looking around for one but there was only hangers hung above the little desk, where the coffee and tea maker is. 8/10"

"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific to our room. The location is central. It is a 20/30 minute walk to the grand palace. There is a tram stop right outside and a metro station 5 minute walk away. There are also 2 convenience stores on the street to buy drink and food from. Overall, this hotel was reliable and comfortable. I would definitely book again in the future."

"Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"I literally booked this room 3 hours before I arrived and everything was ready for my arrival. Brand new room (hotel was under construction) with modern look and very clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient, I had an issue with the shower head and came back to it fixed quickly. Only negative was the layout of the bathroom - you can’t sit on the toilet properly, you must sit sideways 😂"

"El personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la ducha y lo resolvieron rápidamente. Esta muy cerca de una estación de metro y de paradas de autobús. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas son muy cómodas, el hotel pone en la habitación un gran surtido de ameneidades. Los días que hemos pasado en Bélgica han sido muy calurosos y el aire acondicionado en la habitación ha sido una maravilla. Hemos estado en diferentes hoteles por este país y aunque otros también nos han gustado, este ha sido el que más."
