"We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!"

"Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station.
It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance.
There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch.
The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard.
Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out.
Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel."

"1. It is only a 5-minute walk from the basel central station, which is very convenient. Go out along the south exit of the railway station, walk through two intersections and you will be in a residential area.
2. The hotel and the next homestay belong to the same family, so you need to check in at the front desk on the first floor of the homestay
3. The conditions are similar to those of domestic four-star hotels, and the price/performance ratio is super high
4. The front desk has a good attitude and is always there.
5. Breakfast can be added and luggage can be stored. . . . There are two parking spaces at the door, because many of them come by car

"The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly.
The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized.

"Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market."

It was not so clearly visible while making the booking that hotel parking will cost extra CHF25 per night.
All together there was no great financial benefit in selecting this hotel.
I will not like to use this again."

Amazing
CCNXGBasel was our final stop in Switzerland this year, a border city spanning only 24 square kilometers. Despite its border location, it's very developed and modern.
**Environment:**
Among hotels like Victoria, Mövenpick, Radisson, and Novotel, we chose this 3-star option. It's directly opposite the SBB train station, and the main bus terminal is just 100 meters from the lobby exit. Although it's a transport hub, the area is decent; there are a few homeless people around, but its convenience makes up for it.
**Facilities:**
There's no fitness center, but you can pay to use a partner facility. The lobby bar is alright, not too crowded, with a nice corner view of the street. Coffee runs between 6-7 Swiss francs. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional, and the bathroom is quite spacious, which is great for travelers.
**Cleanliness:**
The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, are well-maintained, and the room was very tidy. You can definitely trust the cleanliness standards of Swiss hotels.
**Service:**
Check-in and check-out were both quick. Our room was ready well in advance, and luggage storage was straightforward. They provide a Basel Card, which offers free use of all city public transport and half-price entry to some museums. I didn't particularly notice any other services.

GGuest UserHotel at very convenient location, providing easy access to different means of public transport. Both the public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and brightly lit. The room is very spacious indeed, and the water in the tub is strong and hot enough.
The breakfast was on the whole good, except that there's some recurrent confusion in the order of omelettes because of seemingly poor coordination in the manpower and order-taking arrangements. Hope that could be improved.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located quite near to the station (around 5-10mins walk away), but you will have to lift your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach their lobby. The hotel is also located near Basel's tourist attractions. The hotel staff who served us during the check in was super friendly and polite, and guided us to look at the city map. Enjoyed the fact that they served fruits and water at their lobby for guests, as we will always get a drink when we exit/enter the hotel.

型型英帥靚正！The location is really good. You will see the blue building once you come out from the railway station.
However there are a few steps in front of the hotel, which make it a little bit inconvenient for travellers with heavy luggage.
The room is spacious with the window overlooking the trains passing by. It is not a bit noisy when the window is closed though you may feel the vibration.
The furniture is a bit old. The shower area is slippery, and so be careful when taking the shower.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

GGuest UserI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

MM62258****This hotel in Basel exceeded my expectations; there are many tram stops nearby. The receptionists were very welcoming and chatty. The facilities are modern, with air conditioning, and the breakfast was excellent. It's over a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, so taking a taxi in the evening is probably the best option. I felt the rooms facing the street were better than those in the inner courtyard.

It's okay when the bathroom door is shut but still there when you open it. It didn't bother me a lot but it may be something others find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable.
