"The hotel is situated in a residential area, so it was relatively quiet. It's also conveniently located not too far from Hejie Street. I received a room upgrade using my Ctrip points, though the front desk didn't inform me of this proactively. Upon entering the room, there was a faint, noticeable smell. Fortunately, they offered late-night snacks, which was ideal as I hadn't eaten dinner."

"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. "It was my first time staying in this hotel. The environment was very good, the facilities and equipment were very new, and the MSS at the front desk checked me in very quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast was on the 4th floor, and there was also a self-service laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. There was also a separate underground parking lot inside the hotel, and no license plate entry was required, which was rare in other hotels. Parking and exit were super convenient. There was also a delicious late-night snack shop opposite at night, which was open until very late, and was very friendly to people who stayed up late."

QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

CChenxiaLet me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

Room was marketed as ”River-/Lakeview” & any reasonable person would agree it was not Lakeview. It was city view. See the picture attached.
The river was barely visible between two high rise buildings, but only when pressing the face against the window.
To the left was only city. The window was facing east. Pictures faces south.

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The back was the German town. It was very convenient to eat, live and travel. The towels and bedding were white. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. Hotel location is good, convenient for eating and shopping, very close to the pedestrian street. Stayed for a few nights and felt that the room was clean and comfortable and quiet!
