"This is the second time I have stayed at the all-season hotel with my family. Good location, very close to the community where my brother lives. There are supermarkets and powder restaurants next to it, shopping and eating beef noodles are very convenient. The room is large in size, that is, some scratch marks on the sofa and cushion may have been left by the children before. The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming. On January 5, the ticket was changed to the afternoon departure due to the itinerary. I went to the front desk to ask if I could check out until two o'clock. The beauty at the front desk, yiiu, helped to do it without saying anything, and solved the worries of the future. Thank you very much. There is also a laundry room on the third floor. "Service: Since it's a newly opened hotel, the staff were very welcoming, which was great and made the holiday traveler feel happy.
Cleanliness: I found a hair in my bag as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness details could be improved.
Facilities: The air conditioner was very loud when it started, which startled me, but it was fine afterward. The airflow was strong. The bathroom handle was glued on; I must have been too strong—I've been eating too much in Changde lately—and I even managed to poop it out. The toilet made a strange noise when I checked in, but thankfully it was resolved quickly.
Environment: I was initially very happy about the location, praising it all day. However, at night, it was terrible! I thought someone was singing in one of the rooms. I called the front desk, and they said they would check, but nothing happened. They kept singing non-stop. I searched online and found two KTVs nearby, one very close, on the third floor (I was staying on the fifth floor)... The noise continued until 2 or 3 AM. It's not suitable for people with sleep problems. The location is indeed good, but perhaps a higher floor would be better."

"This is the second time I have stayed here in Lavande. The experience of staying in is really good, and it feels very spacious to enter the lobby. Then there is a robot on the right side of the hall that can deliver food to me, or go to the room to get things. Then the little brother at the front desk has a very good service attitude. Also gave me a room upgrade service. Then the hotel also has popcorn. I last stayed on Saturday or Sunday, and there are free popcorn to receive. QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The bathroom facilities are rather simple and it is not convenient to put clothes. The hygiene is good, and the service at the front desk is quite enthusiastic.
