"The front desk service was efficient and warm. When I checked in, I took the initiative to hand in warm flower tea. I also recommended the breakfast category and surrounding attractions according to my itinerary. Even the use of the intelligent control system in the room was patiently explained. The rooms are full of surprises, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the night view of the city, the wooden color and the high-grade gray decoration are low-key luxury, and the various scenario modes of lighting are super intimate. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, the high number of Egyptian cotton bedding is silky and skin-friendly, and the pillows are optional, which makes me sleep peacefully for a long time. "This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"This Orange Hotel just opened about a week ago, so it's very new, and the overall service is excellent! Since it's not yet on HUAZHU (hotel management system), item delivery was a bit inconvenient. I asked for some paper cups, and they were actually delivered in a sealed bag – that attention to detail really impressed me! Definitely deserves a big thumbs up! Other hotels should really learn from this! Also, I hope they can consider the office needs of business travelers; the current desks and chairs are quite unsuitable."

The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the heating is sufficient, and all the facilities are beautiful. The pillows are not very soft, and they are very comfortable. The water flow in the bath is very good, and the water is so strong that it feels like a massage, which surprised us.
Environment: There is a river view outside the window and you can see the sunset. There is a small supermarket and a delicious fruit shop downstairs, which is very convenient!

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
