"The central air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted individually, and it was a bit warm at night, making it hard to sleep. Every time I return to China and go to Haining, I stay at this hotel. The decor is really nice. The power outlets in the room aren't the large-holed type; European plugs require an adapter, which you can ask the front desk for. I'll likely stay here again next time I'm in China, but the air conditioning really needs to be set lower. I woke up hot for the first time."

"Our second stop for Chinese New Year was Yanguan, and choosing the Xuandemen Hotel was a brilliant decision! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the scenic area. The complimentary shuttle bus is available on demand, making it incredibly convenient to get around the scenic area and travel to and from the tide-watching spot. It saved us a lot of walking and made our travel experience perfect.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with so many selections to satisfy different tastes. It was a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring.
The overall ambiance was elegant and comfortable, making for a fantastic stay. There were so many activities planned for the New Year that we couldn't even get to all of them – we just went with the flow. The resort atmosphere was amazing, and the most unique part was the firsthand tide-watching experience, which was both stunning and unforgettable. The hotel even thoughtfully reminded us of the tidal bore times, which really enhanced the experience."

"The environment here is super comfortable and convenient. It’s just a short walk to the Qiantang River Tidal Bore Park. I booked a river-view room, and you can watch the tidal bore right from your room, which offers fantastic views! The cleanliness was top-notch, very tidy and spotless! The lobby manager, customer service, and staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive! I also loved that there's a pool where you can swim.
However, the ventilation was completely silent, and I was told it’s a silent exhaust system. Also, there were a lot of bugs flying around in the restaurant, which they attributed to the season."

"It's been a long time since I wanted to comment on a trip.
First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. Although there was no sign, the check-in experience was good and the staff was well-trained. Thank you very much for the service in the past two days. Recommended!
I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later."

"An unexpected surprise at Laichao Lezhi City! I brought my parents along, and luckily, we got upgraded to the Bruce Family Suite because of a room adjustment with the scenic area. It's a massive 127 square meters – super spacious and beautiful. The hotel lobby is also quite grand, and staying here gives you free access to an exclusive tide-watching spot. The Music House Museum on B1 is definitely worth a visit, and the restaurants here are also pretty good. It gets a bit noisy with kids during holidays, but the experience is excellent on weekdays."

I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

GGuest UserBest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

XXin^_^xin^_^Had a fantastic stay! Huge shout-out to客服小魏 (Xiao Wei from customer service). She called me right after I booked through Trip.com to ask about my preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. After check-in, she thoughtfully asked if I was driving and assisted with vehicle access permissions. The room itself was great too – I was on the 44th floor overlooking Haining City, though unfortunately, heavy haze that day obscured the view. The pool and gym were a welcome addition, adding some fun to an otherwise hectic business trip.
I especially recommend the lamb offal soup for breakfast – it was incredibly tender and smooth 👍. My only suggestion would be to serve the lamb soup a bit hotter. A piping hot lamb soup, combined with the cilantro-infused offal, would really bring out their unique aromas! 🥰

Lli45811005Located in the Haining Commercial Center, across from Yintai Department Store, this hotel is partly converted from an old office building. The hardware and appliances are excellent, and the shower has a temperature display. However, the so-called smart toilet is a bit basic. The restaurant, shared with another hotel, is on the 19th floor. It's small, with only a few items on offer, so there's no need to buy anything unless it's free. Parking is available in the underground garage, but the main hotel only provides a 24-hour voucher, so you have to pay for any unused items.

AAnonymous UserDuring the summer vacation, my relatives brought their children to play and booked a room. The platform showed that it was a newly opened four-star hotel. It was booked for about 200 yuan, which was very cost-effective! The room is spacious and bright, with a large area, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, a very comfortable bed, four pillows, a smart toilet, electric curtains, and a grand decoration style. Since I came back late at night, I couldn't get up the next morning and didn't have breakfast. I don't know how the breakfast was. There are free tea and freshly ground coffee in the lobby. I felt I earned two cups haha 😄. They also have a free laundry room, gym, shoe shiner... It is worthy of being a four-star hotel, with everything! My niece said that she would book their house again when she comes back here in two days!

The hotel is in an office building. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me an extra set of dental kits and free breakfast. It was a surprise😍. The room was booked as a parent-child room, so it was very big, clean and tidy👍, and there was bath water. It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around
I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭
