"Overall, this all-inclusive hotel can only say that it can be lived together, don't have any too high expectations. Hotel 🏨: The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms and all the facilities can be clearly felt. This aspect is actually not in the way, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities can be used only as a sensory problem. The only highlight of this stay is the service. The staff here are very friendly and will not stink. Food: This is not very good. Restaurant hygiene needs to be strengthened because flies 🪰 mosquito visibility is very high (must bring anti-mosquito liquid). The styles of food are similar, and the steaks in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten at the steak restaurant the day before. The plate is also the same 🤣. They also ate the same thing when they walked to the restaurant where the question was put. The things taste good but there are not so many tricks. Beach 🏖️: Compared with Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. Puerto Vallarta The beach is darker and has more stones (at least the beach of this hotel is like this) Near the hotel: There are shopping centers for 10 minutes from the hotel seat up or down. There is a milk tea shop with Gongcha nearby. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are also not far from the hotel. The street view is not very tall but the president is still safe. I didn't feel dangerous with my daughter out. Just walking down the street was fine."

"I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!"

"I always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!"

"A perfect hotel for the travelers with a clean room and modern facility only walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is very good. The front desk is very slow. I waited for around 30 minutes for checking."

"We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional."

"I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities."

"The hotel room was spacious, the price was cheap, and it was nice that I could connect my phone to the TV and watch TV. The view was just okay."

"We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”"

"I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda sucked about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well."
