"Overall, this all-inclusive hotel can only say that it can be lived together, don't have any too high expectations. Hotel 🏨: The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms and all the facilities can be clearly felt. This aspect is actually not in the way, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities can be used only as a sensory problem. The only highlight of this stay is the service. The staff here are very friendly and will not stink. Food: This is not very good. Restaurant hygiene needs to be strengthened because flies 🪰 mosquito visibility is very high (must bring anti-mosquito liquid). The styles of food are similar, and the steaks in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten at the steak restaurant the day before. The plate is also the same 🤣. They also ate the same thing when they walked to the restaurant where the question was put. The things taste good but there are not so many tricks. Beach 🏖️: Compared with Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. Puerto Vallarta The beach is darker and has more stones (at least the beach of this hotel is like this) Near the hotel: There are shopping centers for 10 minutes from the hotel seat up or down. There is a milk tea shop with Gongcha nearby. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are also not far from the hotel. The street view is not very tall but the president is still safe. I didn't feel dangerous with my daughter out. Just walking down the street was fine."

"I always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!"

"I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!"

"The hotel delivers what it offers, an excellent location, clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast options are few, but everything is delicious and excellently presented. For a low budget, it is an excellent option for a stay. The staff is very attentive and friendly, from room service to the waiters in the restaurant. Sure we will back soon."

"Overall, the hotel itself was decent. The room, food, and general service were acceptable, and most of the staff were friendly. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the tour desk inside the hotel, especially when it came to payment. On my first day, the tour representative was very friendly, so I decided to book a tour through them. When I paid, the staff member spent quite a while setting up the card terminal and deliberately kept the part showing the exchange rate out of my view. I was never shown the exchange rate clearly, and I was never asked whether I agreed to have the transaction converted into Canadian dollars. I only found out afterward, when I received the transaction notification from my credit card company. The exchange rate they used was extremely poor, and I ended up paying about CAD $30 more than I should have. What bothered me most was that I had no idea this currency conversion was being applied at the time of payment. My understanding is that with Dynamic Currency Conversion, the customer should be clearly shown the exchange rate and final amount and should be given the choice to accept or decline it. That did not happen in my case. I did not go back to argue with them after I discovered it because I did not want this issue to ruin the rest of my vacation. However, after checking online reviews, I also found comments from other guests mentioning similar issues involving exchange rates and deposits. Because of that, I do not believe my experience was simply an innocent misunderstanding. The whole situation felt very misleading. In fact, I had already read some reviews about questionable exchange rates before the trip, so I specifically brought cash to pay the deposit in order to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, I still ended up being charged this way when making the final payment. The tour itself was also not a good fit for us. Almost everyone in the group was local, and the guide mainly spoke Spanish, so if you do not understand Spanish, you may miss a lot of the experience and there were some safety issues too. I also felt the tour was poor value and that several parts of the day seemed focused on encouraging additional spending. The tour was also highly overpriced. To be fair, I would not say the hotel itself is bad. I would still consider staying here again. However, I would strongly recommend being very careful with the tour desk and with any credit card payment. Make sure you can clearly see the currency, exchange rate, and final amount before tapping or inserting your card, and insist on being charged in MXN unless you personally choose otherwise."

"We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”"

"The hotel room was spacious, the price was cheap, and it was nice that I could connect my phone to the TV and watch TV. The view was just okay."

"They were having a power disruption (only partial power) when I arrived for check in. Things happen; but the way they were dealing with it was exceptional. The desk staff did everything they could to minimize the impact to the arriving guests until full power was restored. The only problem I had was that Trip stated they have an airport shuttle. They did not.  It seems that may have been canceled recently (benefit of the doubt) and Trip has not updated their information. That may be more Trips’s failing more than the hotel. It seems the responsibility of keeping Trip’s information accurate falls on Trip, not the individual vendors."
