Love the hotel so much ❤️ definitely will come back again for this hotel 😘👍 their staff is all excellent and service as well 🤭 was choosing king bed room and the room was so big and the sunset view is another add on point 😍 the location is great, just next to the night market, 7e, Watsons and next corner got super market just inside the Odean Mall

Location 👍👍👍👍, many times stayed this hotel because lots of restaurants nearby with good food, Kim Yong morning market just across the road, my favourite Cafe Amazon is just 3 mins walk, the famous Betong Chicken rice is just 10 mins walk. Reception staff understand English 👍.

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it did not have a refrigerator, and no mineral water was provided. Basic toiletries and amenities were also missing, which was quite disappointing. Another issue was the ceiling fan there was no remote control provided, so we couldn’t adjust the fan speed, which was inconvenient. Also, there was only one dustbin in the toilet; it would be more practical to have an additional one in the room. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but it still needs improvements in terms of facilities and guest comfort.

This is our second stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is super king size, very comfortable and nice. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is just a 5-minute walk to Lee Garden and walking distance to many famous food stalls and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Hotel in strategic location which near to Lee Garden area and 7eleven beside hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel cleanliness and amenities still got room of improvement example got tissue paper on the floor and light in the room not functioning.

Am surprised there was only coffee strips available in the room and no tea sachet in the room 2911. When I asked the receptionist during checkout this morning she confirmed they don’t have tea for the room. The plus point is the security of the hotel and the location. Day and night it’s so vibrant.

The room was okay and matched the price, although the bed was quite hard. The water pressure in the bathroom was slow, making it less enjoyable to shower. However, considering the affordable price, it was still worth it.

Stayed at *Get Guesthouse 2* – a small but well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for budget travelers. The room had all the basics: hair dryer, water heater, clean bed and toilet. There's no scenic view, but it's not a big deal. Toothbrush needs to be requested at the front desk. They provide 2 bottles of water, and there’s a water dispenser downstairs for refills. There are also free snacks and drinks like coffee and cocoa available for guests in the lobby – a nice touch! Location is great – walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and Oden. It’s a bit of a longer walk to Robinson Mall, but still manageable. The hotel is tucked away in a side street, and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay for the price!

I had a pleasant stay at CC Hatyai Hotel! The location is convenient,close to local eateries, convenience stores, and just a short ride from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The only downside was the limited parking space, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I return to Hat Yai.
