Great spot for remote working. As someone who works while traveling, I found this apartment ideal. The desk setup was simple but effective. Wi-Fi never dropped, even during Zoom meetings. It was quiet and had blackout curtains, which helped with focus and sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I appreciated the host’s tips on where to find groceries. I went out for pho every morning and returned to a peaceful space. The host also allowed me to check out late, which helped with my evening flight. You could easily live here for a month or longer.

The room was good, the view was nice and the space was good, however, as 7M VND per night a room and 5 stars International brand hotel the minibar only provided coffee and basic tea. There is nothing provided for the customer to consume even if willing to pay but the refrigerator was empty. The sound isolation was so bad, people walking outside my room I could hear what they were talking about and the footsteps. For the toiletries, a comb is not even provided to the female customer, so, is the hotel expecting all customers to bring their own?

The hotel location is excellent in middle of restaurant and shops and close to river , The lobby is on 7th floor of Times Square building , Rooms are brand new decor and very good river view , Service is excellent , Breakfast was good but expensive , Overall good and comfortable stay , Recommend , Though in same or lesser price range can get other nearby hotels also .

The host here is very friendly. When I made a reservation, a staff member personally guided me through the process, and if I used Zalo, they even created a separate group room to address any issues I might have. The room condition and price were reasonable, and it was close to the city center and tourist attractions. There's also a supermarket, convenience store, and pharmacy below the apartment, making it convenient. I plan to stay here again.

The hotel's location in District 1 makes it very convenient to get taxis and takeout, and it's also close to attractions. The hotel is newly renovated and has only recently opened, so the interior is relatively new, but there's no lingering odor from renovations. The front desk service was excellent, with fluent English. The room we booked had a large balcony, but facing the street, it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, everything was fine.

A highly satisfying hotel stay experience, sincerely recommended! This stay was truly excellent. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, the hotel lobby was simple yet elegant, and the room environment was spotlessly clean with everything neatly arranged. The room was fully equipped with all necessary facilities, providing an excellent stay.

The host is friendly and helpful. You just need to contact her and she will have all the information and instructions for easy check-in as well as any questions. The apartment is located in the center so it is very convenient to travel, everything is very clean and fully equipped for a long-term stay. I will come back next time. Thanks Jessica

The hotel location is perfect in district 1. You can practically walk anywhere and because you’re by the river, you don’t feel congested as it’s open in front. Service is brilliant! The staff even helped me find a good phone shop nearby (drew me a a map even!) 1. Just warning, you might be cautious of rooms with windows as the huge new signboard across the river shines through at night. 2. They can provide you with an iron, but no ironing board. 4. Breakfast is simple but for the small selection, the quality is brilliant

The staff were very friendly, & attended to our requests promptly! The location is good too, there is a 711 right in front of the building & it’s a walkable distance to different tourist attractions & markets. However there were some faulty amenities, like the bidet which was broken & the aircon which leaked. The staff were very friendly & attended to the issue promptly.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were always friendly, making me feel welcome every time I stepped in. What stood out most was the breakfast buffet, absolutely delightful with a wide range of options from bread & cakes to Vietnamese pho, fresh fruits, and more. Oh, I must also thank the wonderful staff who made my week-long stay so warm and welcoming—special thanks to Rin, Suee,Tis, Sun, Mike, & all the lovely waitresses.
