The hotel itself is great, though the location isn’t central. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but I dislike the pressure to buy their breakfast, something that seems common across this chain. I booked a day tour through the contacts provided by the hotel, but I’d recommend booking elsewhere. The tour group was twice the size the agent promised, and after speaking with other travelers, I discovered they all paid less than me, some even half the price, for exactly the same tour!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the station, making travel and transfers incredibly convenient. The hotel is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, meeting the needs of business travelers. I especially want to commend Xiaomei at the front desk! This young lady from Xinjiang provided excellent service; she was gentle, helpful, and efficient in handling procedures, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to travelers who need convenient travel and excellent service!

To Urumqi on a business trip to Caida, the hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the airport and Caida. The quality is also good. The orange theme is prominent. The facilities are complete. The reception service is also very good. I will stay again next time.

I feel that it is still a little far from the train station. Walk for about 15 minutes. In fact, the surrounding eating environment is relatively poor, and there is basically no place to eat. Go out and turn right across two streets, where it seems much more lively, so if you have food requirements, friends may not feel very good. Not far from the city, frankly, it is better to take a taxi to various places. But on the other hand, if you want to take a car from here to Turpan, this is a preferred choice. The hotel's bedding is comfortable, the facilities are relatively complete, there is a small problem reflected, and it will be solved immediately. For the price, this hotel is good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly! They also offer airport transfer service, and the driver, Master Huang, was incredibly kind. He proactively helped with luggage and even introduced the hotel and its amenities. His service was excellent!
