This hotel is very conveniently located where the popular areas in District 1 are within walking distance, including Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Walking Street. You will be staying right next to the Japanese Street. Good food and proper massage places are nearby. The staff are very pleasant, super helpful and all of them speak English. The first room I was provided had a smoky smell and without much fuss, the staff arranged another room for me almost straight away. I was there for a business trip and I really appreciate the prompt and helpful service.

it was an amazing stay!!! i would come back again - room was clean and modern, spacious - toilet had a bidet - shower area was spacious - fresh towels and room cleaned daily loved that - water cooler on level “M” - breakfast spread was decent alright - free self service laundry!!! - great location amazing service and great amenities - pool, sauna - great cafe downstairs some little mishaps - room door had to be pushed forcibly to shut it - walls r quite thin so i could hear others talking from in the room the opposite room but its a minor issue because everything else in the hotel made the stay an amazing one

A highly satisfying hotel stay experience, sincerely recommended! This stay was truly excellent. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, the hotel lobby was simple yet elegant, and the room environment was spotlessly clean with everything neatly arranged. The room was fully equipped with all necessary facilities, providing an excellent stay.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were always friendly, making me feel welcome every time I stepped in. What stood out most was the breakfast buffet, absolutely delightful with a wide range of options from bread & cakes to Vietnamese pho, fresh fruits, and more. Oh, I must also thank the wonderful staff who made my week-long stay so warm and welcoming—special thanks to Rin, Suee,Tis, Sun, Mike, & all the lovely waitresses.

The staff were very friendly, & attended to our requests promptly! The location is good too, there is a 711 right in front of the building & it’s a walkable distance to different tourist attractions & markets. However there were some faulty amenities, like the bidet which was broken & the aircon which leaked. The staff were very friendly & attended to the issue promptly.

Looks really old on the outside but the rooms are all newly renovated so it’s quite a pleasant surprise. Good location.

Very good stay. Just next to Japan Town... So.. Many good Japanese selections and so many massage, mani, pedi outlets. Rooms were very clean, with most amenities, except slippers and hand/face towel. Bathrooms spotless, and it has a heated toilet seat... How nice. Downstairs u can get Yr coffee, keep things in fridge and even cook simple stuff or heat up foods. This common kitchen is also very clean. Keep up the hygiene, it's a welcome treat after along day exploring...

It's like 3 star hotel, based on size. But some parts of the facility feels like 4 star hotel. The staff really try to help and feel more like 4 star hotel

The receptionist, Ha, was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay with recommendations and other aspects to make my life easier- Would book again for the friendly staff. Room was big and fairly clean.

The location is very good, and the room is spacious and comfortable, with the bedroom and living room separated like a suite, and the bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a toilet with a bidet. It is equipped with a drum washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc., so it is convenient for long-term stays, and the cleaning is very thorough, so everything is good, but the biggest drawback is that there is almost no soundproofing at night. If only that could be improved, it would be the most cost-effective accommodation.
