I booked two one-day tickets through Ctrip, and it automatically reserved my Disney Park entry for the check-in day, which was very convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the hotel entrance to the park that runs frequently, making it quick and easy to get there. If you get tired from playing, you can return to the hotel for an hour or two of rest before re-entering the park to watch the fireworks. This was super convenient, much better than just waiting around in the park.
**Facilities:** Relatively new and comprehensive.
**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy.
**Environment:** The lobby is grand and opulent, and the lawn with a sea view is beautiful.
**Service:** The staff were enthusiastic and friendly.

Excellent! Even though it is not the most expensive but still outstanding in terms of its equipment quality and ambience for a Disney’s wonderful stay out of the reality💫
I enjoyed the breakfast but the options seem a bit less attractive and fewer choices. But I definitely loved to see Donald Duck in the morning that his hug really cheer my day up!

This was my second time booking this hotel through Trip.com. Here are the main highlights that deserve praise:
**I. Core Strengths**
1. **Excellent Location and Views**: The hotel boasts an outstanding location with rooms offering expansive views that combine distant mountains, the nearby sea, and lush garden landscapes. This blend of three distinct sceneries provides a unique and rich visual experience during your stay.
2. **Thoughtful Transportation and Amenities**: The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the subway station and the amusement park, running every 15 minutes, making transportation incredibly convenient. Each room is also pre-stocked with three large glass bottles of drinking water, more than sufficient for daily hydration needs.
3. **Flawless Breakfast Service**: The restaurant provides dedicated staff to guide you to your table. The breakfast itself is not only beautifully presented and diverse enough to cater to various tastes, but it also offers a delightful photo opportunity with Mickey and Pluto, adding a fun touch to the stay.
**II. Areas for Improvement**
1. **Outdated Room Facilities Affect Convenience**: The overall facilities in the room are showing their age, particularly the insufficient number of power outlets. Furthermore, some outlets are not near a table, making it inconvenient to use and charge electronic devices. This falls short of meeting basic convenience needs for a comfortable stay.
2. **Lobby Service Details Need Enhancement**: I suggest adding a welcome drink service in the hotel lobby to further enhance guests' sense of warmth and belonging upon arrival, thereby improving the initial check-in experience.
3. **Service Etiquette Requires Standardization**: Some staff members did not proactively greet guests with ”Hello” during interactions, lacking a proactive service mindset. I hope the hotel can strengthen staff etiquette training to enhance professionalism in service.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

Basically you can, but the room is close to the washing machine, someone is doing laundry too early in the morning, and no windows, to go out of the front desk to add drinking water, add a quilt, and no, the bed is too small, it is impossible to live two people.

The location surely nearby the Mongkok Metro station exit D. However, the room is quite noisy to either a neighborhood or to the street itself. Even tho the service is quite friendly, thanks to that.

I looked at hotels for a long time when I was traveling, and I chose this one in a few hours. I didn't expect it to disappoint me. The room was very clean and odorless, and it was very quiet to sleep. The boss also provided free drinks and the like. The law in Hong Kong is Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so we brought our own. The room is large enough for accommodation and large suitcases can be opened. After all, land is very expensive in Hong Kong, and everyone will definitely go out to check in at the attractions. The location is also very good. It's about two minutes from the subway station. The boss is very polite and supports luggage storage.
I wish the boss a prosperous business and we will come again next time!

The hotel is located in the center of Mongkok, close to buses, subways and train stations. Transportation is easily accessible in all directions. Nearby downstairs are the famous pedestrian streets, shopping malls, restaurants, etc., where shopping and delicious food are top-notch.
The room is quite nice. Although it is small, it is well-equipped with everything, such as air conditioner, TV, hairdryer, etc. The landlady is very kind and enthusiastic. She always introduces us to the must-see and must-eat food nearby, and also teaches us how to take transportation to different attractions. We forgot to bring the adapter this time, so the landlady lent us one, which was very considerate.
This room is suitable for a single person or a couple to live in. Whether it is the layout of the room, the equipment, or the service attitude of the landlord, it deserves a five-star rating. We will come again next time!

Ah Shan Hostel is certainly a hidden treasure in the area.
Despite the crappy building outside, the hostel is in a class of its own.
The room was neat and tidy!
The toilet was Super Clean!
The staff and boss are nice & helpful.
Free drinking water on the side.
If you travel with 2 or 3 buddies, Ah Shan is your choice! Break the cost, it is much cheaper than staying at backpackers hostels. With a better environment.
The location is quite convenient.
Mong Kok MTR Station Exit B or D.
Check-in counter is on the 14/F.
If the door is closed, just PRESS THE DOOR BELL or call them. They all speak English and Cantonese well.
