The hotel is a bit old, and my room had no window, with a faint smell of smoke drifting in now and then. There was also a persistent, stale plastic odor in the room. These were the only downsides. The service, however, was genuinely excellent. The housekeeping staff were diligent, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. The same goes for the restaurant staff. The hotel's restaurant offered a rich variety for breakfast. The Napoleon cake, daifuku, and other cakes from Gongzhiwei Bakery were all incredibly delicious. However, it was a significant oversight that there was no timely notification or announcement about the hotel's swimming pool being under maintenance.

Giving a good review. Clint provided excellent service, meticulously attending to our needs throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. The front desk team was well-coordinated, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with a practical layout. Overall, it was a great experience and worth recommending.

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially Chance, provided warm and thoughtful service, efficiently handling check-in and check-out, and patiently answering any questions. The public areas were clean and impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it offered great value for money, with no disappointments. It's suitable for both short trips and business stays. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose Sofitel Beijing Central （Accor） again next time I'm in the area. It's truly worth staying!

It's been a few years since I last stayed at Atour, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bedding is even more comfortable now. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too hard, providing perfect support for the entire body. The bath towels and face towels in the bathroom come in sealed packaging after being cleaned and disinfected, which gives you extra peace of mind. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the lobby decor is cozy yet grand. Among other chain hotels in the same category, Atour is definitely my top choice.

Five-star review! The executive lounge experience at the Ritz-Carlton Huamao was impeccable. The environment is quiet and upscale, and the five daily meals offer a rich variety. Afternoon tea and evening happy hour have a complete selection of drinks, with free-flow red wine, spirits, and cocktails. The biggest bonus is the service: Ivy, Sita, Irene, and Coco are professional and gentle, paying attention to every detail. They are diligent with restocking, making the executive benefits incredibly value-for-money. Highly recommended!

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.

There was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so no water was turned on. When I went back that evening and asked for water, the front desk gave me some. On the second-to-last morning, I ran into the housekeeper, who said she'd turned on the water. It turned out there was a leftover bottle of water in it, so she refilled it. On the morning of my last day, when I asked for water again, she seemed reluctant to give it to me! I mean, if the front desk is so generous, why can't you?

The room isn't huge, but the bathroom and other spaces are quite spacious. The service attitude is excellent, and they pay great attention to detail. For example, knowing I have many toiletries, the hotel thoughtfully provided something to put them on, which deserves high praise. Housekeeping was also very thorough each time. As the hotel is located in the CBD with high floors, the views are fantastic, making it a popular spot for Instagrammers. It's definitely worth staying here. Every time our family went for breakfast, they arranged everything perfectly for us, so I'm giving it a good review. It would be even better if there were more variety in the breakfast options!

Every shot turns out beautiful. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They were always eager to help with any requests and truly went above and beyond. Our booking only included one breakfast, but they kindly offered a complimentary kids' meal for my little one, which was a really sweet gesture. Coincidentally, it was my birthday, and the hotel even gave me a small gift when we checked out – such thoughtful details! I felt so much warmth and kindness throughout our entire stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!
