"Located in a best area, very big and comfortable beds with neat and clean white pillows and blanket with a big towel and large luggage space lockers. The staff are so kind and helpful but for so many rooms in each room more than 6 to 8 beds only two toilets and three bathrooms are un sufficient due to which you waist your time, the walls of rooms and floors are made of wood or gypsum due to which you feel uncomfortable means so noisy specially in the morning time but price is very valuable."

"The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all good. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with excellent value for money. The location near Lisbon's city center was incredibly convenient, offering superb public transport links; restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro were all easily accessible. Having a kitchen, a back garden, and a bar further enhanced the convenience. I would definitely return if I have the chance. My only minor issue was not getting a lower bunk, which made climbing up and down quite inconvenient."

"Good place to stay if you are a budget traveller. The location was good and pretty close to the main spots. There are lots of eating options around the area. Maybe they can work out with a cleaning more frequently so we don't end up getting flies around the room. Overall, it was a good place to crash on."

"This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food."

"We enjoyed our stay at Central House Lisbon and would stay there again. The private room was clean, small, and well decorated. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Shower had good water pressure with good heat. The bed was pretty comfortable with decently nice sheets.
The highlight was the breakfast. It had a good selection of warm and cold options. Ham, cheese, toast, egg tarts, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, lattes, and more.
We would recommend to travelers or Camino starters."

"The hostel was a little difficult to find and could do with an outside light on the sign as I arrived in the evening. Other than that it was really lovely, staff were great and very friendly! I was able to check in in the early hours of the morning which was perfect as my flight was a late one. Everything was sign posted throughout the hostel so easy to find showers and toilets and the bed even had a usb and usb-c port in it so that made for an easy charging experience! There’s also a lift which was great after travelling with luggage!
Beds were clean and comfortable and it was mostly quiet throughout the night.
Would definitely come back for a longer stay, close to local metro stations, lovely cafe called Hygge and the banksy museum which is a must see and very affordable!"

CCurious_soulAbsolutely wonderful place and great service! Very cozy hotel with a small garden. The beds are comfortable, spacious bathroom and room is nicely designed and very clean😊 The place also has a small kitchen, guests can make a sandwich or light meal, tea and coffee sachets are refilled daily. The only minus is lack of elevator, however, the staff was very helpful to carry my heavy bags upstairs:) I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lisbon🤗

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main subway station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Despite the central location, our room was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the blackout curtains ensured we slept in every morning. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail.
The staff were the true stars of the show. The concierge, gave us brilliant meal recommendations. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
Highly recommended!

The only drawback is that it does not provide disposable slippers, toothbrushes and razors: a glass bottle of mineral water in the room sells 20 euros. GGuest UserLoveeeeedd the green heart hostel! Starting off they accommodated our early arrival. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful when it came to finding places to go, eat and answering any other random questions I had. This place is not far walking distance to some great places. Would definitely come back and stay here if I visit Lisbon again!

JJürgenLisbon is a great city with a lot to see and experience. The accommodation was very centrally located and easy to reach by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can eat and shop cheaply and well. Our room was very small, but we only stayed in it to sleep. We knew about shared bathrooms and have done so many times.
If you stay longer and have more time, you can also visit Sintra and Fatima from Lisbon.

GGuest UserAfter staying for three days and adding another day, I felt it was well worth the money. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is a small supermarket on the corner. If you arrive before check-in time, they can store your luggage and the front desk service is very friendly.

SShirleyleyThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, but please note that there is only an escalator from the platform to the station lobby, and there are only stairs from the lobby to the ground level. If you are carrying large luggage, it is best to take the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Rossio Station in the city center. I also walk to and from the city center every day to save transportation costs.
Before check-in, the hotel contacted me to inquire about the check-in time, so I had to reply because the staff may be out sometimes. The hotel reception is in a unit on the right side of the third floor. My room is in a unit on the right side of the second floor. The unit on the left side of the same floor is where the locals live, so be careful not to ring the wrong doorbell. There are small elevators from the ground floor to each floor. Each unit has multiple rooms sharing 3 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. In addition, they put some stink balls in the washbasin, probably to prevent mosquitoes, so there is a smell of stink balls in the bathroom, which is a bit strange but acceptable. There are some black molds on the leak-proof rubber edge of the bathtub. As for the room, the beds are very clean, but there is some dust in some places, such as the baseboards and the electric extension cord (mop). If you have a mysophobia, you should pay attention to it. In addition, there is a dining area on each floor, which is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and water heater for convenient dining. There is also a terrace for smokers.
The room I stayed in, No. 204, had a small terrace with a view of the No. 28 tram stop, so there was a chance that I would be woken up by the sound of the tram passing by early in the morning. For those who are easily woken up by noise, it is recommended to bring earplugs. There is a medium-sized supermarket within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient for purchasing food. Since I stayed during the Easter peak season, it was great value to be able to stay in a single room for less than HK$400 per night including tax. It is also worth mentioning that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They even told me that I can get a discount at the restaurant diagonally opposite the downstairs with my room key.
