"Changbai Mountain DoubleTree by Hilton, excellent service, skiing, and hot springs – highly recommend! They provide a dedicated concierge who helps with itinerary planning, offering a one-stop service. The complimentary access to Hongsongwang Ski Resort was great; my child played for 3 hours and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located near the old gate of Changbai Mountain, and the scenic drive along G331 National Highway offers stunning views. The hotel has its own volcanic hot springs. The experience of outdoor snow and hot springs is truly unique! It's definitely a top choice for a vacation to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain!"

"The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"This guesthouse is incredibly unique and thoughtful. After experiencing the chaotic management and pre-packaged fruit for breakfast at Wanda Westin on our trip from Shanghai to Changbai Mountain, my expectations for this guesthouse weren't very high. However, Guan Zhi ultimately made our Changbai Mountain trip perfect. From the thoughtful communication and guidance before check-in to the seamless and attentive pick-up/drop-off service, every staff member showed immense enthusiasm and a strong sense of ownership. Even the young ladies helped us with our luggage. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with snacks and a variety of beverages. The hot spring dip in the courtyard after dinner, along with the fragrant and sweet roasted sweet potatoes, made our children fall in love with this guesthouse. They even thought Guan Zhi was a more upscale hotel than the Westin. Guan Zhi's breakfast was a true highlight in terms of quality. Whether it was the fruit, homemade shredded chicken, prawns, or their own braised beef, beef noodles, and soup rice, everything captured the taste buds of our family of four. My eldest daughter, who is usually very picky about breakfast, even had two servings of beef noodles the next morning. On New Year's Eve after dinner, we joined the New Year's Eve feast organized by the owner. We and a few other guests enjoyed the owner's 25-year-old baijiu. The sweet baijiu brought together friends from all corners of the country, allowing us to spend a comfortable and relaxed New Year's Eve. The owner and their team are dedicated to building Guan Zhi into a warm and influential brand. With such dedication and full commitment, I believe Guan Zhi and the owner will go a long way. Perhaps it was fate, but on our only full day exploring the North Slope, we were lucky enough to catch the only time Tianchi (Heaven Lake) was open in two weeks, making us among the chosen few to witness its beauty. "The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope."

"Had an amazing time soaking in the hot springs here; the Changbai Mountain hot springs are truly delightful. The VIP access is an absolute lifesaver – no need to wake up early to visit Changbai Mountain! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded us to a mountain view room for free, which offered stunning views. They also helped us book the buffet and arranged a car to town. Their responses were super prompt. The only minor points were that the hotel mattress was a bit soft for my liking, and I was surprised there were no complimentary drinks or welcome fruit in the mini-bar. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the high-speed train station, the town center, and the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center. The service is exceptional; they offer high-speed train station pickup and drop-off, and a concierge is available 24/7 to answer any questions. The front desk staff, concierge, and drivers are all very welcoming. The rooms are well-equipped, even featuring a foot bath, and are clean and spacious. The entire complex is also very beautiful. Highly recommended!"

"The room was really good! Great value for the price. Two tickets to Puyu Hot Spring: These tickets were also a great deal! It was a lot of fun inside. It would have been even better if the bathroom wasn't so smelly, but once the room door was closed, you couldn't smell it anymore."

"Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest."

There was a lobby manager who was incredibly enthusiastic; they gave us a detailed introduction to local delicacies and touring tips, and even helped us book tickets. The kids had a blast in the hot springs and didn't even want to go back to the room to sleep. We'll definitely come back here next time!"
