When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest."

Because the location is quite remote and difficult to navigate on your own, they went out of their way to help us arrange travel plans and explore the surrounding area smoothly. I was especially touched by how they helped me organize a birthday surprise. They even went to town to buy a cake and brought it back to the hotel — something that’s not easy here, especially since delivery services like ******* don’t operate in this area. I booked a king-sized room, and it was exceptionally spacious and airy with a comfortable, unconfining layout and plenty of natural light. I felt instantly at ease upon checking in. The room facilities were brand new and complete, with convenient smart home controls throughout, making everything effortless. The bathroom and bedding were of high quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The biggest surprise was the exclusive butler service; they were incredibly responsive and attentive, whether it was for travel inquiries or coordinating requests, they replied instantly and were thorough and thoughtful throughout, completely freeing me from any worries. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the North Slope Scenic Area and the Magic World Rafting. Plus, there's complimentary access to natural hot springs. "Stepping out, I saw the snow-capped mountains reflected in the pool. During my morning soak, a few snowflakes occasionally landed on my shoulder, while the evening bath offered a view of the stars and moon. The mist swirling around the hot springs created a mysterious, winding path, and the damp moss on the stone walls glowed softly in the lantern light. The day I checked out, I felt as if the hot spring water had softened and mellowed me, like a fresh patch of melting snow in the mountains."

"The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope."

"Choosing Mingrui Canggu Hot Spring Resort for this trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment we entered the hotel grounds, we could feel the tranquility of being surrounded by mountains and forests. The air was incredibly fresh, and the deep valley scenery was so healing. I felt completely relaxed as soon as I arrived. Room Experience: The room we stayed in was much more spacious than expected, with a well-thought-out layout, clean, tidy, and great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The privacy was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. Public Hot Spring Area: There was a wide variety of public hot spring pools, including herbal baths, flower petal baths, original hot spring pools, and a children's play pool. The water temperature was consistently stable, and the water quality was very clean. Staff regularly patrolled and cleaned the area, which was reassuring. After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and I felt much more relaxed. Dining Experience: Breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and good taste. For dinner, we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and I highly recommend their local specialties – generous portions and authentic flavors. Service Experience: From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The butler service was an added bonus; any requests were promptly addressed, and they proactively introduced us to hotel facilities and nearby attractions, making us feel very welcome. Environment and Facilities: The entire hotel is nestled amidst mountains and forests, with elegantly designed walking paths, viewing platforms, and rest areas. It's also very photogenic; every snapshot looks like a professional shot. The hotel also features a children's playground, tea room, and book bar, catering to guests of all ages."

"This hotel is incredibly comprehensive and very kid-friendly. We had a car charter for the week, so we didn't need a shuttle service, but the butler, Shanqiu Songyue, proactively contacted us in advance to ask if we needed one. This time, we took the hotel's special bus directly to Changbai Mountain. My child fed animals at the hotel's pet park, rode a snowmobile, and even experienced soaking in hot springs in minus 20-degree weather! These extra amenities absolutely made the two-thousand-plus RMB a night price tag worth it. The hotel is also very thoughtful; children even get free little socks when they go to the hot springs. On the second night, my younger child threw up, and after a call, they changed the sheets right away. We also requested a bowl of clear noodle soup, and they didn't even charge us for it."

They offered pick-up from the high-speed rail station and VIP access to scenic areas, making it incredibly convenient and hassle-free during the National Day Golden Week holiday. Highly recommended!
