"To be honest, this hotel is in a good location and facilities. If you want to go to Vietnam, it is very close to the public security license center and only more than ten kilometers away from the Friendship Pass. There is a free underground parking lot, which is very convenient. I encountered a small episode. The room we booked online was a ”high-rise mountain view standard room, but I gave a room that although I saw the mountain, I also saw a large floor pipeline. And the so-called standard room is still a room with a big bed layout. The switch socket is on the top of the head and can be accidentally touched. Requesting an upgrade is not good, and sending a breakfast is not good. If we didn't renew the room and the door lock was broken, there was really no chance to change to a real standard room. The experience was really not very good. I hope to improve."

"This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district and metro station, making getting around super easy. The guest room was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that provided perfect support. Coupled with the excellent soundproofing of the double-glazed windows, I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the hot water supply was abundant and stable, and the branded toiletries felt great. The biggest surprise was the service; check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and they patiently recommended local dining spots. The room cleaning was meticulous, with no dust in any corner, and even the cups were high-temperature sterilized. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with a complete mix of Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The value for money is truly exceptional; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
