"This hotel is in a great location, with convenient restaurants and transportation nearby. It's very close to Tianyi Square, Chenghuang Temple, and Drum Tower, and not far from the train station. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good."

"The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it."

"Absolutely fantastic, the service was top-notch, and everything was arranged perfectly down to the last detail. Our personal butler was also wonderful – genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. The room itself was very comfortable, and it even had an outdoor hot spring bath. The only slight drawback was that the weather didn't cooperate on our day, as it rained. Our room package came with complimentary fruit, evening dessert, and even a travel photoshoot. The photos were taken on the hotel's expansive lawn and turned out absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a truly wonderful trip."

"The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand"

"The B&B is 100 meters from the main road of Hanling Old Street. The first floor is a book bar and a coffee shop with a good atmosphere. The room is spacious and the 1.8-meter bed is really big. The window can see the houses behind the yard. There is only one floor for B&B, and the sound insulation is very good. There is basically no other sound at night except the sound of the air conditioner. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, Western style, sandwich main plate plus drinks and yogurt cups, which can basically be eaten as brunch."

"Located in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location. The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable. The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate. It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation."

"The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll. The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building. The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return."

"The room was very clean, with welcome fruits and lots of tea. The girls at the front desk were very nice, upgraded the room, and gave me a souvenir when I left, thank you! The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient for travel, and free parking in the underground parking lot. After leaving the hotel is Hanling Old Street, with many restaurants, opposite is Hanling Art Museum, facing Dongqian Lake."

"I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super."

"The second time I came to Cicheng, I planned to stay for 2 nights this time. After comparing a few, I decided to stay in Cifu. I didn't choose the wrong one! The old house is not too good to be rebuilt. The classical appearance is matched with modern accommodation. The old house is as old as the old. You must like it 👍. The garden is as beautiful as a dream, the proprietress personally takes care of it, all kinds of beautiful flowers, green plants, small furnishings, landscapes, I can see that I have spent a lot of thought, I really like it 💕 The room is big enough, the hygiene is very clean, I love it 😍 There are also small shortcomings in the comment area, such as the old house is not soundproof enough, and there will be bugs in the garden on the first floor. But I think it is acceptable..."
