We were particularly grateful for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room, which allowed our entire family to stay conveniently on the same floor. The room itself was not only spotlessly clean and huge but also boasted a lovely view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and exceptional service.

My stay here far exceeded expectations! The hotel is situated right on the East River, and our high-floor river view room offered breathtaking panoramic views, especially stunning at night. The room was spacious and modern, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. The Executive Lounge service was incredibly attentive, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. The indoor heated pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for the whole family to unwind. Its prime location means Hejiang Tower and Shuidong Street are just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and the freshly prepared Huizhou rice noodles were an absolute highlight. The staff were polite and highly efficient, and they even presented small gifts for our family stay – truly excellent attention to detail! Ideal for both business and leisure, I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Facilities: We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM and checked into our room, but there was no hot water. We checked in the morning and were told it was under repair and would be back online later. However, it's understandable that new hotels often have less-than-perfect amenities. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the layout was nice and comfortable. Environment: Perfect for young people to take photos and check in. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing. We went there early in the morning and it was not fully booked. The water was clean and didn't smell like disinfectant. Service: The front desk staff was very responsive and responded promptly. One drawback was that the breakfast stir-fries were a bit salty, and the seasoning for the rice noodle soup was bland, which needs improvement. Having recently opened, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value. You should definitely check it out.

早餐9點就沒有什麼吃的，經詢問服務員早餐是10點才結束，因有宴會所以今天連最基本的粉面都沒有，我説那你們就不應該收費，二人80元就喝二碗白粥，服務人員沒有搭理，態度還極差，很強硬。反饋給前台領班也沒得到表示抱歉或者解釋，體驗極差。

I wanted to try another hotel on the third day, but because this hotel was so good, I extended my stay without hesitation. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is good, the hotel's location is also very good, there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel has many parking spaces, making parking convenient. It is very convenient to come from the airport. You can take the Airport Express, which stops opposite the hotel. Then you can cross an overpass with an elevator and you will arrive.

The room can Facilities: Average, especially the toilet seat in the bathroom does not match the toilet seat. A heavy person will fall off quickly when sitting on it. The details are not taken seriously, which makes the guests feel cautious. If it is really broken, they have to pay compensation.

The newly renovated hotel is very comfortable. The room can see the beautiful park. The bedding is very skin-friendly and hygienic and clean. The receptionist has a good attitude. It is worth recommending.

Location is good, unfortunately it s very difficult reach the building enter in the night, no lights no guidelines...

Stayed for one night and the experience exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is warm and professional, and check in quickly. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, complete restaurants and supermarkets around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Very good value for money, will choose here next time! Highly recommended to friends for business trips and travel.

The location is excellent. Knowing that we were bringing children to stay, we arranged for an upgrade. There was a small problem at the beginning, but the front desk and room attendants handled it in a timely manner. The price/performance ratio was very high and it was worth staying.
