"Great location, but the room was a major bait-and-switch. We booked a ”river view” room for our honeymoon, but the room we received was worlds apart from the promotional photos. Our view was 85% parking lot and 15% river—and at night, the river view was completely non-existent. I understand showcasing the ”best room” online, but it felt misleading. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as pictured, meaning we froze walking across the room to the shower to rinse off. We had notified the hotel weeks prior about our late check-in and our honeymoon. When we approached the front desk about the room mismatch, the staff member was understanding and helpful, but offered an Applebee's breakfast voucher to compensate. When we refused, they told us ”it was not a big deal” to just accept it. While I know they were trying to help, that specific phrasing felt dismissive given the situation. Pros: ＞ Location: Incredibly convenient, located right near the Falls Incline Railway. ＞Service: Check-out was extremely fast and seamless.Amenities: General hotel amenities were okay. Cons: ＞Vouchers: The hotel dining vouchers are pretty underwhelming. We used one for Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it still came out to almost $200 CAD, which in my opinion, was not worth it. ＞Room Reality: The layout and view were huge letdowns compared to what was advertised. The light switch for the bathroom in our was was also wonky -- If you move it wrong it doesn't turn on. Overall, the location is great, but don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the photos on the listing."

"The receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us. Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs. You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed. Walls are dated, floors are updated. Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point."

The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out."

The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10."

"If you want a closer distance to the falls, then this isn’t ur hotel. Also, with amenities, no mini fridge in the room, shampoo and conditioner is only for one person yet 4 adults in the room. It’s okay but for families with smaller children, try somewhere closer downtown or to the falls."
