"I took 10 minutes driving hotel from Clifton hill that is quite far away from sightseeing. I did not expect reception charged $47 for parking and My husband & I requested late check out when we went outside and come back the room and it was locked up so we had to go downstairs to reception to unlock the door. I was so upset that the receptionist service and I won’t come back here again🙁"

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The decor is amazing along with the very upscale rooms especially the king suites. Food is fabulous especially the breakfast french toast. Only several blocks from the falls and casino. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend."

"If you want a closer distance to the falls, then this isn’t ur hotel. Also, with amenities, no mini fridge in the room, shampoo and conditioner is only for one person yet 4 adults in the room. It’s okay but for families with smaller children, try somewhere closer downtown or to the falls."

"initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind"

"We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold. We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!"

"Room is spacious and the view is incredible! The location not that bad just need to take a ramp to the falls for 4$ or you can purchase a WEGO package which cost u round 65$ and can take a bus with walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing about 42$ each not including tips and the room is kinda old but still not bad. They do not clean appropriately as I put my towels on floor but they didn’t remove it (as they told to be done that for get new towels)"

"The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out."

"We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the casino and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget."

"Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful."
