"The guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us."

"The hotel location is around 5-8 minutes on foot to the Niagara Falls Ferry so it’s very convenient. I can’t say the room they gave me was the best, the “view” was of the pool, there were fruit flies, the ventilation in the bathroom released a really musty odor if not turned on, and the floors were not very clean. Overall 6.8/10."

"The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍"

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand.
The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely!
The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls!
The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel.
I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.)

"We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊"

Great value for the price. Very good breakfast.
The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances.
Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe.
However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper.
The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence.
Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

The location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

KellyljialI had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls.
A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.
The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

pet.shop.boyWe stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!

Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

Although charming, it lacked some basic amenities such as mini refrigerator and the tv was in an entertainment armoire and the doors would open but the latches did not allow it to stay open. It would swing close on its own so we couldn’t watch tv. The breakfast was $22 each with amazing comfortable seating and just okay with 4 choices: avocado toast, egg plate, French toast, or oatmeal. There is ihop across street more food for buck. Parking is 40 a day but there is parking around between 10-20 a day. The location is good with a lot of local favorites around and everything walking distance. There is an outside leisure good for social with music and lounge. Not able to see the falls from hotel but you can hear it from afar. There is a nice scenic walking trail to the falls. Front desk clerks were kind and helpful. Hall looked gloomy in my area room 309 and the shower pipes made loud knocking noise after a shower. Good for a one day stay just needs some small adjustments- not updates.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.

The set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all .
The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.
