"The receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point."

"The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street outside and not far from the falls. The sanitation is OK. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, just make do with it. The parking lot is also large enough. It is a tour group hotel. A German tour group stayed there during the period.
Question 1, Ctrip shows that the parking fee is 12 Canadian dollars per night. As a result, the hotel said that tax would be added, and it was charged 28.75 Canadian dollars for 2 nights. Is the tax so high?
Question 2, the hotel charged an extra 1 Canadian cent (not 1 Canadian dollar). The reason is to balance their bill. What is this routine? 🤔"

"Considering the price abroad, hotels are usually quite standard, and this one was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. We had two nights with a beautiful waterfall view and one night overlooking the city. The waterfall itself was absolutely stunning. I'd recommend at least a two-night stay to truly soak it all in at a leisurely pace."

"Our stay at the hotel was highly enjoyable, primarily due to its exceptional location. "Clean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there."

"The rules are super strange - cant open window even your room is second floor , no any danger .
The smell in hotel is super toxic due to cleaning materials they use . When you enter hotel smell can knock you off . In the rooms is better but you can still feel and nothing you can do as you can't open window .
They gave us second floor with bad view while they have like 7 or 8 or more floors with much nicer view . Hotel was not that busy - try to give the best possible for customer not whatever ."

"It's hard to rate this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent, perfect for panoramic views of the waterfall from your room. However, there was a power outage during my stay, which meant the elevators were out of service. Hauling luggage up the stairs was a bit of a nightmare. Also, perhaps because it's accommodation near a tourist attraction, they tend to charge some self-imposed fees, so guests should be aware of that. On the bright side, Trip.com was very responsible in helping to resolve the issues, definitely providing an extra layer of protection compared to booking directly on the official website."

"The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch.
My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!

AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

GGuest UserWhat they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
