"Hands down, the best hotel experience during my trip to Switzerland! Nestled in the mountains, its location offers unparalleled views and breathtaking vistas. The rooms were spotlessly clean and uniquely decorated. Falling asleep to the scent of pine and a cool mountain breeze, and waking up to birdsong and the morning glow, made simply resting here a truly blissful experience. Not to mention the stunning mountain and lake views right outside the window – it felt like a fairy tale. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel, with Bus 101 offering easy access to the town and train station. The stop even has shade and benches. Across the street, what appeared to be a music school occasionally filled the air with piano melodies and choir singing during the day, making waiting for the bus surprisingly pleasant and something to look forward to. I must also commend Switzerland's excellent public transport system; both buses and trains run incredibly punctually. Remember to download SBB Mobile or Google Maps for checking transport information. The hotel provides a complimentary public transport card. However, for visitors staying longer than two days, I highly recommend purchasing a Swiss Travel Pass. It allows unlimited travel on trains, buses, boats, and panoramic trains throughout Switzerland during its validity, and also offers a 50% discount on cable car rides. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about guests' comfort, often checking if we were well-fed and rested. Upon check-in, we found a welcome chocolate placed on the bed, and the coffee was excellent too. All in all, staying at Parkhotel Beatenberg was an unforgettable experience, and I would definitely come back again! ❤️"

"The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The weather is good and the view is better when you go out in the morning. He also provided us with a lot of travel guides, which was very good compared to the recommendations on Xiaohongshu. In general, Vlad is a very good person and will book this hotel next time."

"This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our entire Switzerland trip. It's beautifully situated halfway up the mountain, about a 20-minute drive from the base. If you're self-driving or have a private transfer, I highly recommend choosing this place. The rooms are quite spacious, each featuring a kitchen, living room, and a balcony. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning! The kitchen also comes with a microwave, which was very convenient for heating up food we bought from the supermarket. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, a fantastic and highly recommended hotel!"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Loved it. Hot upstairs in the bedroom and very difficult to shut out the sunrise. Breakfast was delicious. A car is essential to get around but you can travel by public bus."
