1. Having stayed at numerous branded hotels, this was the first time we were met by a concierge right as we pulled into the parking lot. A fantastic touch!
2. There was a great selection of dining options; we opted for the restaurant/bar. Even at 9 PM, the food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with no compromise on quality.
3. It was a family member's birthday during our visit, and the hotel thoughtfully sent up a complimentary birthday cake!
The only point for improvement concerns the swimming pool. It was simultaneously open to external training classes, which meant it got quite crowded. As a result, the water quality was noticeably poor, appearing yellowish and cloudy."

Auntie was worried about our safety and waited for us at the door until ten o'clock to open the door for us. No matter how late it was, my aunt would heat up the cold meals in the kitchen and bring them upstairs for us, just in case we were hungry at night. This kind of warm care is not something that all inns can bring.
