"Choosed that hotel to be near to Tianshan heavenly lake, which was quite useful. Be aware of that there are only a few shops nearby. Breakfast was really good as well for western breakfast lovers. The most fancy thing was the in bathroom integrated waterboiler. Never saw such an installation bevor and liked it a lot 👍"

"This hotel recommended by a friend did not step on thunder! The location is absolutely perfect, you can see the bus station as soon as you come out, the roadside is a carpool to various places, the taxi will stop, too convenient. There are too many shopping places such as shopping malls and pedestrian streets around. It is super convenient to go shopping and drink Xinjiang dried fruits to send home. The postage is only 4 yuan a kilogram, which is too cost-effective. Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area, ski resort, Wujiang Hot Spring are not far from here. The taxi is 30 yuan a time, and the price is clearly marked. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the living was very comfortable. The facilities are complete to surprise, the washing machine and refrigerator directly solve the trouble of travel, so intimate. "Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)"

"My partner and I stayed here one night during our bicycle travels. This hotel staff was exceptional in adapting to our foreign needs with traveling with bicycles helping keeping them safe overnight as well as quickly picking up communication through cell phone and helping us use taobao as foreigners to order some essential bicycle parts we needed! The location was not near the major dining areas, despite the block of restaurants across the street most were closed. We took a taxi but had trouble paying with Alipay - would recommend cash on hand for the area generally if you aren’t able to get WeChat to work."

"We booked a twin room, and the bedding was frequently changed and the room was clean. Our stay was quite pleasant. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. When my friend and I took a taxi to the wrong place and couldn't find the hotel, the owners came to pick us up and invited us to have tea, chat, and eat dried apricots. There's a coffee machine on the first floor where you can grind your own coffee, but we didn't have time to try it this time. Maybe we'll try it next time. What we liked most was the guesthouse's courtyard; it was decorated with a very homey atmosphere, where we could swing and sunbathe with friends."

"The room was spacious enough and reasonably clean, though the facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. The location was good, a 10-minute walk from the town's food street. The receptionist at check-in was alright; she told me about restaurants and gave me a room on the 8th floor with a view of the Tianshan snow-capped peaks from the window. However, the service from the subsequent staff, including the security guard, was lacking. They responded to my questions, but without any smiles."

The hotel environment is good, and there is no noise at night and in the morning; the two ladies at the front desk are warm and friendly to check in, and there are plenty of parking spaces downstairs."
