"It truly felt like staying in a scenic spot! Choosing this guesthouse in the Thousand-Year Yao Village was absolutely the right decision, a perfect score of 100! First, the service was phenomenal. The owner was incredibly welcoming, answering all my questions and offering helpful suggestions for exploring the village – so thoughtful! The room's view was stunning; the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the misty Yao village. Whether it was raining or sunny, every frame was like a painting. Secondly, the room amenities were impeccable. The smart curtains and smart toilet were incredibly convenient and technologically advanced; the trendy mushroom-shaped chair was gorgeous, soft and comfortable, perfect for taking amazing photos; and the high-definition projector allowed me to relax and watch movies in the evening, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The overall decor was high-quality, with meticulous attention to detail – a truly comfortable stay! I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit the Thousand-Year Yao Village, and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting the Yao Village!"

"March 29th was a rainy and windy day with an outdoor temperature of only 6 degrees Celsius. It was my first time participating in a marathon in Liannan, and I checked into what was considered a good hotel in the area, full of anticipation. During my stay, there were both pleasant surprises and disappointments. 1. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the warm and courteous attitude of the staff in all positions. They were well-trained and responded quickly to guest inquiries. 2. The hotel's breakfast time was adjusted due to the marathon; breakfast was available from 5:30 am, and the variety was quite good. After my run, I even had a late breakfast at 10:15 am, which was commendable! However, there were some shortcomings that the hotel management should reflect on, which I'll mention here: 1. The hot water temperature was insufficient. The temperature was low that day, and I was hoping for a warm shower, but I was extremely disappointed. I called the front desk to report the low water temperature, and they told me they had sent a technician to the rooftop to check and had set it to 43 degrees Celsius, but the shower water temperature still wasn't up to standard. The next day, after my run, the shower water was still the same low temperature. If the water temperature isn't adjusted, I definitely won't stay here again. 2. I turned on the heating immediately after checking in. The room temperature was 17 degrees Celsius, but I set it to 30 degrees, expecting it to heat up quickly. However, I only heard the fan. I complained to the front desk, and they told me the hotel had already turned on the heating. They even sent a staff member to check if I had turned it on correctly. After confirming it was on, they brought me a cotton quilt when they saw I was cold. The heating stayed on until the next day, only rising from 17 to 20 degrees Celsius. I took ibuprofen and fell asleep. 3. The toilet was clogged. The staff handled it quickly and even brought two complimentary bottles of water as an apology. The front desk also offered to upgrade my check-in service, but I declined, not wanting the hassle."

The only downside was the bed was too hard… As for the scenic area, the 106 yuan entrance fee was honestly not worth it. The stone steps were too difficult to walk on. The Yao village, because it still has local residents, felt very authentic but also dirty and chaotic, showing no signs of careful maintenance. I chose to stay overnight to see the sunrise, but if you don't want to see the sunrise, two hours is enough. The commercial atmosphere was very strong, with too many places to eat, and prices weren't low. Overall, I was quite disappointed."

"We went on a self-driving trip. The hotel has a great location, right next to a four-lane main road. The hotel is very nice, with amenities including free parking, a washer and dryer on the 7th floor, and excellent room conditions—clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet.
