Xingcheng's service is impeccable, truly excellent! Especially the front desk staff, who are warm, attentive, and proactive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that parking is shared with other businesses, making it difficult to park on holidays and weekends, and getting out can be a hassle due to traffic congestion, requiring you to call and wait for others to move your car. Otherwise, everything is great!

Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Linxia was definitely the right decision. The location is excellent; it's just a few hundred meters from the Eight Squares and Thirteen Lanes, and only 800-900 meters from the central square. There are plenty of delicious and convenient restaurants nearby, making it super easy to get around and eat. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless from the moment I entered, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the natural light was great. The front desk service was superb; they answered all my questions and check-in was quick. They also offer useful amenities like free parking and self-service laundry. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Linxia!

I booked this hotel on a short trip through Linxia on my way to Gannan. It was better than I expected. The location was convenient with its own parking lot. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even recommended some good restaurants nearby. There was a pretty good noodle shop nearby, but unfortunately, I was in a rush and forgot to take pictures of the hotel.

First and foremost the staff was so friendly, they answered all our questions with patience and we're very helpful. Facilities are a bit run down but clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!!! Only five minutes walk to bus station so great for independent travelers.

We booked a family room, which was quite spacious and well-lit. My child liked it. The receptionist was also very helpful and gave the kids yogurt. Parking was free, and there was breakfast available right outside. It's a 40-minute drive from Huanghui Interchange.

The hotel boasts a relatively good location, not far from Ba Fang Shi San Xiang and the Central Square. The staff are also very attentive and responsive to requests. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team – I slept in until noon every day, and not once did I get a knock on the door, which, while seemingly minor, is something many hotels fail to do. Overall, the cleanliness and room size are quite good. The main drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated; there's no laundry room or delivery robot, which would be a nice addition. Also, it's worth noting that this isn't a standard Hanting Hotel; the toiletries and bathroom amenities are different from other standardized Hanting branches.

Self-driving check-in, convenient parking, simple and fast check-out procedures. The room was spacious and clean, and I slept very well all day. The surrounding road conditions were good, and the distance to the scenic spot was moderate. The staff service is decent, the health and hardware are online, the first choice for the journey, praise.

The service attitude is enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich in variety and nutritionally balanced, and the parking is very convenient. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not powerful enough.

The room is very large and new, the decoration environment is good, and the children have enough space to play! The downside is that the cleaning rounds are not very careful, the spare pillows are not very clean, contacted the front desk very refreshing to change, the shower head is not connected, there is one more, it is estimated that the last clean guest forgot to take away, take a shower with a large shower head! The details need to be improved! In short, it is worth recommending! The price is not bad!
